Today,I ordered 2 chai lattes and a double chocolate brownie online.
I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Starbucks. I had to wait far too long for my order, and when I finally received my coffee, it was cold instead of properly hot. The customer service was also very poor—no acknowledgement of the delay and no effort to make things right. For the price and reputation, I expected much better.

The two ladies closing on the evening of Nov 1, 2025 were so sweet! Amazing customer service. I asked for a drink with less caffeine than coffee and they delivered!! Will be back in two weeks.

This Starbucks consistently delivers excellent service and quality. On one occasion, I mistakenly ordered the wrong drink, and the manager kindly invited me to stop by anytime for a complimentary replacement. That level of customer care truly impressed me. I visit this location every morning on my way to work, and the team is always friendly, efficient, and reliable. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great service and a welcoming atmosphere.

I came in around 6:10 on Saturday May 10, I ordered a matcha refresher and a lavender frappe, both of them were AMAZING🙏🙏props to the barista(s) who made it you are amazing
The employees here are so nice, but Starbucks should provide their staff with a sun shade blind, or tint the entrance windows because the sun reflects directly into their eyes from all the parked cars' windshields in the lot. Imagine trying to do your job and not being able to see.
