I went in to this Starbucks, and ordered a spinach feta egg wrap and as I was eating it there was a packet of ketchup stuck deep down inside the wrap. M y jaw literally dropped as I saw this. mind you I'm 22 weeks pregnant and can not risk getting food poisoning. Also I waited so long and ended up asking where my wrap and somehow they "forgot" to warm it up as they were asking each other. when I asked the girl to pass me a some hot sauce she seemed to be in a bad mood and threw it at me. I have never received such horrible service, on top of it I have no idea how a packet ketchup got inside the wrap. it seemed very unhygienic. when I brought it up to the manager she didn't seem sorry at all. This is totally unacceptable and I will never go to this Starbucks again.

Took 15 minutes as stated by the starbucks app to get our order. Baritsta was very kind and apologized about the delay.Food display review with the flies/gnats/bugs/flie is definitely a food safety concern and should be addressed. Good thing your near a hopistal ?Parking: Hard to get street parking due to lots of cars.

I had my check up on the 8th floor of this building and I ordered my drink wrong. I forgot to ask for decaf coffee and gets the regular espresso instead. I really can’t drink it coz it’s a venti iced oat latte that has 3 shots and contains a lot of caffeine and I can’t have that much coz I am pregnant. I admitted I am wrong to the barista who’s making the drinks. She doesn’t say anything but instead she helps me make my drink right. I apologized and she said it’s okay and gave me a nice smile. They are busy at that moment but she’s very patient with me by remaking my drink.

Had to abandon the order line today as it was not moving. Several people already waiting on drinks. Perhaps this location understaffed to deal with the volume of both in person, and online orders.

Starbucks was very dirty. They don’t clean throughout the day. Service was very unprofessional as services were refused to a person with a partially ripped $20. Serial numbers were intact but they assumed it had no value because of the rip. Therefore service was refused and the staff was very rude about it. I personally will not go to this Starbucks again.

It is one of the longest lines and poorest of services I've experienced at Starbucks. I went in about 10 minutes before my appt and left 10 minutes late for my appt.I ordered a pike roast, and the person serving gave me blonde without asking if that was ok as there wasn't pike left ATM. I asked her why she gave me blonde she said she didn't think it mattered. ?Anyways use this Starbucks as a last resort. Expect it to take longer at times. And watch what you're served.

One of the worst Starbucks out there. We ordered 3 Mocha Frappuccino as a take out. First of all, the staff are so rude and the dinks we got were so terrible. They're literally chocolate with water. I've never had such a thing before. And after a while after having it, I felt nauseous and threw up several times. And then, I contacted the other two members who got the drinks with me and they also had the exact same thing happen to them. I always enjoyed Starbucks and now I'm scared I may fall sick. People choose Starbucks because of our trust in the quality even if it is expensive compared to its competitors, but these days it is getting degraded , losing its charm. . atleast, don't make people fall sick. God knows what they served me in that mocha-water which is the worst thing I've ever tasted in this life
