i LOVE this starbucks. Just went through and Hussein helped us! Whoever was helping us at the speaker thought we were someone she knew, and i wish we were! Because they’re just so nice! Whenever i come here i leave feeling better than i came in because they’re just so personable and fun! Thank you so much!! Raises for everyone please!

I think they have to scout their employees from nobel peace prize recipients or comedy clubs or people saving kittens from trees because the people that work here are literally the nicest and funniest people in the world, and the drinks are always tasty!! I love this starbucks! Keep doing whatever it is you’re doing!!!

Ordered a Carmel Machiato, with extra shot. Tasted like burnt coffee from Tim Hortons. Not sure what was the problem. It was my first time having a very bad drink at a Starbucks.it was 8 dollars by the way.🤢

Went to this Starbucks today and we ordered two iced sugar cookie latte. It tasted a bit off compared to other locations, just not the same flavor I’m used to. The service was okay overall, the drive-thru line was pretty busy, so it took a bit longer than usual. The cranberry bliss bar and bagel bites I got was really good though! Hopefully next time the drink tastes a little more like the usual, but overall it wasn’t a bad visit.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this Starbucks location. I arrived at 8:53 PM, well before their posted closing time of 9:00 PM, only to find the doors already locked. A barista inside saw me at the door but deliberately turned away without acknowledging me. I had been looking forward to grabbing a latte all day after work, and this was incredibly frustrating.

Earlier, around 8:35 PM, I also tried to place a mobile order so it would be ready by the time I arrived and the order is not very last minute but the app showed that mobile ordering was unavailable, which forced me to try and order in person.

If the store isn’t going to serve customers until closing time, that should be clearly communicated. Turning customers away before hours are up and without so much as a word is poor service. I hope this issue is addressed.

Very disappointed with the service today at Starbucks. I ordered coffee and a banana loaf. When I picked up my order, the loaf wasn’t warm, so I politely asked the staff to warm it. The person rudely said he can’t do anything as I had already touched it. When I asked to speak to the manager, he claimed to be the manager himself and responded very disrespectfully. As a regular customer, I expect better behaviour. I even offered to pay for a new one, but he refused. This is not the customer service Starbucks promises.
