So friendly and it was so nice to have a conversation that didn't feel robotic or forced, a genuinely nice person. I truly hope he gets a little bonus or something because that was excellent service!

I always come to this Starbucks location even though I live closer to Guildford because of the wonderful customer service I receive. I always use my personal cup whenever I order an iced Grande drink and they always fill it up to the brim - essentially turning it into a venti for the price of a grande, not that they have to but I appreciate that they do it everytime!
I don't think I've ever had a bad service experience here. However, the Drive-Thru line can get a bit backed up depending on the time of day, so usually I'll just walk inside to order or just go to the Starbucks across my gym in Cedar Hills.
Yes, Starbucks is expensive for the type of drink you're getting...in fact, I have a decent espresso setup at home and buy fresh beans from various local roasters and can even make cool latte art at home...That said, whenever I come to this Starbucks I am not paying for the overpriced drinks, but rather I am paying for the excellent customer service.
Overall, this is a great Starbucks location with excellent Drive-Thru and great customer service!
