Steve’s Poké Bar in Vancouver is hands-down the best poké experience I’ve had!, and from the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. The build-your-own bowl concept is fantastic—fresh, vibrant ingredients like shoyu ahi tuna, spicy salmon, and a variety of toppings (edamame, wakame, and crispy garlic bits were my faves) let me customize the perfect bowl. The fish tasted like it was just flown in from Hawaii, and Steve’s signature shoyu sauce tied it all together beautifully. The atmosphere is casual yet inviting, with a clean, island-inspired vibe that makes you feel right at home. I also loved their rewards program—collecting points for a free bowl is a nice touch! For authentic Hawaiian poké with top-notch service and unbeatable freshness, Steve’s is a five-star winner. I’m already craving my next visit!

It was our first time and he greeted us with kindness, patience and was super willing to let us try the different spicy options to make sure we could bare it. It was my first time here and I loved it. I was helped by a girl named Mikayla, as it says on the receipt. She was super helpful and provided great customer service. The food was really filling and high quality, and I loved that they include unlimited sauces both in the bowl and on top. I’m definitely coming back! Also the prices are affordable!
