Steve’s Poké Bar in Vancouver is hands-down the best poké experience I’ve had!, and from the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. The build-your-own bowl concept is fantastic—fresh, vibrant ingredients like shoyu ahi tuna, spicy salmon, and a variety of toppings (edamame, wakame, and crispy garlic bits were my faves) let me customize the perfect bowl. The fish tasted like it was just flown in from Hawaii, and Steve’s signature...
Josek is the best thing about this place. It was our first time and he greeted us with kindness, patience and was super willing to let us try the different spicy options to make sure we could bare it. Additionally the fish is super fresh and the food is delish. Super happy to have found this… thank you Josek 😇
