I visited Stone Oven Bakery expecting a pleasant experience, but unfortunately, the customer service was nonexistent. The owner seemed incredibly arrogant and uninterested in helping customers. Despite being there baking fresh bread, when I asked about other options, he dismissively told me to just take what was on the shelf. It was clear he had no regard for the people actually buying from him, which left a really negative impression. I won't be returning, and I definitely can't recommend this place if you're looking for a friendly or helpful bakery experience.

This place is a hidden gem, I’m so glad that i found it. They have one of the best Bolani ever, they have got us completely addicted to their Bolani. Other than delicious bolani’s they also sell freshly baked breads and other pastries. Must try

This bakery has a lot of potential I would give higher ranking but, the last time I was there two customers were handling the baked goods for sale but didn’t buy?? I was grossed out. Please install a barrier of some sort It’s a pass for now Thank you

Bread 5 bucks and to heat it 2 bucks that's just theft and they tell me after it's heated, no prices on the menu board it's like you walked in to a 3rd world store. Just not going here anymore.

Even though they have baklava with pistachio in the menu, they do not make it anymore. They make it only with walnut that doesn’t add any taste or flavour.
We asked two pieces of baklava and they just gave us a pack of 4 while they could have given two from the tray. Worse customer service.

I am regular customer, but recently he doesn't care about his retail customers as he start selling to restaurants and I came two times and he offering the bread but say it has been sold after the other guy was attempting to sell it. This is impolite and I never be back again to this store. Greed is control us these days. Even bread here is not cheap. This happened not once but twice within two days and do I need to call and place an order for buying two or three bags of bread? Are you have a store or working from home? You have no excuses, if you already sold the product then remove it from the shelf or write on it "sold"
