My recent visit was quite disappointing due to the unprofessional customer service. The employee didn’t seem to know how to interact with customers properly and lacked basic manners. Instead of being friendly or helpful, they were indifferent and dismissive. It was clear that they hadn’t received enough training to interact effectively with customers.

We visited there at night and the girl with red hair talked us rudely as bymistake the drink was spilled and i try to find nepkins to clean it but there is no nepkins there.The girl with dyed colour extemely gave us bad service

They are to much expensive. I bought an 6 inch sub and it costed me 11.00dollars. While on the subway at 132st you can get a footlong sub for 11.00 dollars plus the 132st locations staff is very nice and on this location the staff is very bad. I do not recommend this subway but I do recommend the 132st one
I ordered a footlong veggie patty, a build your own sub, which normally costs me $15 maximum, but today a girl charged me $22 and she was too rude when asked for a receipt, never go there if you guys are reading this.

I ordered and picked up. The 3 subs were put together nicely with the topping spread out so no ends of just bun. The amount of toppings were generous for my liking. It took 10 minutes to get there and the subs were already packaged and waiting.
