Ordered the veggie subs through the app a week ago, placed the veggie order today, got back to work to find no chesse and the sub wasn't toasted as requested. Called to let them know, they said they need to check the camera and get back to us. When they did call they informed us the footage showed the chesse being put on the sub and nothing was wrong with the order. They said we could check the footage and see for ourselves, however, we opened up our subs and it clearly had no cheese, nor was the sub toasted. Asked to speak with the manager and when she came on the phone she mentioned that she was in the back eating her lunch, so she didn't see her staff making the subs but insisted that the camera showed the cheese was put on. Then insisted we bring the subs back to show them, we requested a refund for our lunch as we clearly didn't have what we ordered. All we can say customer service is not at this location. We want our refund

The girls providing service are extremely rude and disrespectful. I had a takeout and my app wasn't showing me the time of pickup and i asked them if they got the order on the tab and she replied with extreme rudeness.. saying u have time for pickup

I just visited this Subway a few minutes ago and had a really disappointing experience. The girl at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. I said something in Punjabi, and she gave such an attitude for no reason — not even a smile or a polite response. What’s surprising is that she herself looked like a Punjabi person but still behaved in such a disrespectful way. Basic customer service was completely missing. Definitely not the kind of treatment a customer should get. and she don’t have any name tag with her

Today Morning we ordered 2 subways but we experienced a worst Subway. Roselyn was the staff member who served us in rush way and not packed properly and we inperson came again to the store for complaint with receipt and Pictures of subway but unfortunately we didn’t met with Manager. Hopefully they will try to improve customer service.

I stopped in today to grab my lunch, but as soon as I walked in, I was shocked at how filthy the store was. The cleanliness was unbelievably bad — the tables hadn’t even been wiped down. What has happened to Subway? This is so disappointing. I turned right around and walked out without ordering. I won’t be coming back to this location again.
