On May 9th I placed a large order to be picked up for May 13 for a mid morning lunch. This location has exceeded all my expectations from having the order prepared on time, if not even a 10 min prior to the time of pick up that was given. The team has been really proactive at how they treat you when you go in, always greet and are always up for going above and beyond to make what you want for a subway sandwich.

My most recent experience was on June 26, 2025 and the team was ready to help each other make the sandwiches as well as they did not make it seem like I waited long at all for my sandwich. The woman there were sweet, kind and always make my sandwich order as I ask. By far all 5 stars from me and if I could give more I would.

Worst experience ever. Lady named Sandy does not have any manners totally manner less. Does not know how to talk to consumers. Not even a sense of talking. And the expectations she gave was even drastic then hell. Will never come again unless or until she is here.
Please SUBWAY improve your customer service as well as your employees.
Don’t know how you people hire these ……

Staff were not able to deal with problem to their system and had customers wait for almost half an hour to get their payments in. At what point do they make a decision on what to do and not have customers wait for their food? No manager or supervisor that makes decisions. Worst experience in a subway ever.

Must say this location has made huge improvements since the renovation several years ago, staff are better trained and are such great sandwich artist now that I've started trying new sandwichs and to my surprise loved them too.

The app has it bugs from time to time but I feel it is a game charger as you can order ahead of time plus you can take advantage of app promotions too
