The workers are not very nice (as always lol) and not very helpful as well. But it's ok, subway is subway 🤷🏻♀️ they all taste the same.
Today, I bought lunch at Subway, and while most locations I've visited have been great, this one was a big disappointment. The staff seemed more interested in gossiping with each other than attending to customers, even though there was a long line.
When I asked for my flatbread to be toasted, it was still cold. The employee who cut it didn’t seem to know how to cut properly, as the flatbread was still intact. If she had paid more attention instead of chatting with her coworker, this might not have happened.
Additionally, the male cashier, who was handling drinks, touched his nose while preparing mine. I had to ask him not to put the lid on my cup because I preferred to do it myself.
The manager of this location should seriously evaluate the service here, as the experience was unacceptable. New, attentive staff would make a big difference. If i could give 0 rating, it would be a zero.

Purchased FT teriyaki chicken and steak with 2 bottled drinks. Less ingredients not worth paying $36. I used to worked at Subway so I know how it works. Wanna good sales dont be stingy on ingredients!
If you like subway, don't ever eat from here or you will stop going to subways. They know how how to cut the bread or wrap it. Worst experience ever

The customer service here is absolutely appalling, and the staff should be ashamed of themselves. They were rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. When I was clearly communicating what I wanted for my sub, they had the audacity to talk about me behind my back in another language (laughing about it and mentioning that its nasty cause they didn't agree with my choices for my sub), thinking I wouldn't understand.
Not only was that offensive, but their body language was just as bad—eye rolls when they didnt hear clearly when i had requested for specific pop amd corrected them to give me my right drink. It’s clear they have no respect for customers and need to be retrained in basic manners and professionalism. The entire experience was disgusting, and I will not be coming back.

A girl with specs on service counter has no sense of talking. She didn't listen to me properly and made my order according to her own. I asked for bbq sauce and she said they don't have that even though it was in front of her. I told her to put extra sauce but she didn't. I told her to put crispy onion on just half side but she put it on full.

I just asked the collegue to change the gloves but she acted in very rude and gave
irritating response. Moreover, the food was not good either. It never happened before, but today, it was so annoying. Hoping so, to get good service next me !

My husband and I recently bought three veggie subs, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The staff provided exceptional service, attending to us with warmth and professionalism. They took the time to listen to our specific requests, and when our food arrived, it was made exactly how we wanted it. The ingredients were fresh, and every bite was just perfect. We were thoroughly impressed by the quality and care they put into preparing our meal. It's not often that you find a place that exceeds your expectations, but they certainly did. We will definitely be returning!"

Watch out on your receipt people. I dont know if this is a corporate modus or a feanchisee, but i just found out that the subway in Guilford mall food court will automatically charge you with TIP if you didnt notice a "fash screen " for tips... if you dont select and just tap your credit card. They will charge your card. They should never assume and set default to 0% ..let the customer tha decide if they like to give TIP especially with a lousy service. Their Tip default is even higher than the GST!!! When i questioned it, the cashier look guilty and immediately gave me cash. I dont know what is the law on such cashier machines but people must be aware of this. They just lost another customer. Spread the word
Local Goverment and CRA should look into this asap!
