This is the worst place to get subway
The subway workers clearly do not know how to deal with customers who are ordering, they were all gossiping, singing and talking to each other like they are at home, very unprofessional. As I was ordering I told the female worker with glasses that I wanted everything but banana peppers yet she continued to still ask me if what I wanted with every topping she was about to grab. As she was cutting my sandwich she wasn’t even looking at it and almost cut one side 3 inches. While I was paying they charged me 12 dollars for a footlong with no veggie Pattie, no meat, no coke, no chips when I usually pay 9 dollars, a single footlong should not be over 10 dollars that doesn’t have any meat or patties

This location is the worst location in whole Lower mainland BC, My teenage daughter placed order for herself and they treated like an invisible person. Did not pay attention what she was asking for and the charged $12 for Vegetarian delight NO PATTIE, NO DRINK and NO CHIPS subway which should be only $10. Put too much dressing made it like a dripping roll. WHAT A CORRUPT PEOPLE.

Great experience at this Subway! The store was clean, the food was fresh, and the customer service was excellent. The staff (HARPREET) was friendly, efficient, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. Definitely one of the better Subway locations I’ve been to – highly recommend! 👌🏻

Not at all surprised to see a 2.5 star rating, this Subway location is awful. First of all, they’re not accepting mobile orders for some reason so you’re forced to order in person which makes it hard for anyone in a rush, especially employees in the mall on a break. I ordered a 6” and he cut it super uneven, worst part is he gave me the smaller half. I’m pretty sure I was given a 4” sub when I paid for a 6”. I understand cutting the sub exactly in half isn’t possible every time, but 2 inches away from the middle point is crazy work. Then when it was time for the sauce, I asked for the Peppercorn Ranch after he put my other sauces on it. He picked up the BBQ sauce and put it all over. I said “Uh, I wanted Peppercorn Ranch.” He replied “Oh..sorry..it’s loud.” If he was unsure, he should have been to ask me to repeat myself instead of picking up whatever and messing up my sandwich. “Ranch” and “Barbecue” sound nothing alike. He took a wooden knife and scraped off the BBQ sauce. I ended up paying almost $9 for that 4-5” sub, at that price I should’ve just paid for the entire footlong. ALSO! Another reviewer from about 10 months ago said they are adding tips without your permission, please pay attention to your receipt and the total. That sub should’ve been less than $8, I get the same sub with the same ingredients everytime at other locations and it’s always been less than $8 but I ended up paying almost $9!

We went there to order a sub which was tasteless although the service was really very bad they were not even looking at there customers the indian boy and the lady at the front talking as like they are at their home i have also worked in customer service it was so embarrassing for me bcz i have never gave such kind of service is it really that important for them to talk specially the boy he took my order even not without listening what we want they were so much busy in talking . don’t the subway have other employees who can have service or are trained these both girl and boy needs to be fired . we garbage our food bcz i was already disappointed . we didn’t get what we wanted.

I visited Subway yesterday and ordered food for myself and my husband. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The food we received were terrible in taste—nothing like what we expected. To make matters worse, the employee was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. Good food and respectful service are the minimum expectations, and sadly, neither was met during our visit. Very dissatisfied and won’t be coming back to this location.
Too rude employees doesn’t know how to greet or treat customer and the boy who was working their just touched his hair when he was wearing cap and didn’t washed his hands just directly wore gloves. When I told the girl who took my payment she just looked at me and then at that boy. Seriously not satisfied.
Make sure you guys are following health and Safety protocols regularly not just in front of health inspectors.

The workers are not very nice (as always lol) and not very helpful as well. But it's ok, subway is subway 🤷🏻♀️ they all taste the same.
Today, I bought lunch at Subway, and while most locations I've visited have been great, this one was a big disappointment. The staff seemed more interested in gossiping with each other than attending to customers, even though there was a long line.
When I asked for my flatbread to be toasted, it was still cold. The employee who cut it didn’t seem to know how to cut properly, as the flatbread was still intact. If she had paid more attention instead of chatting with her coworker, this might not have happened.
Additionally, the male cashier, who was handling drinks, touched his nose while preparing mine. I had to ask him not to put the lid on my cup because I preferred to do it myself.
The manager of this location should seriously evaluate the service here, as the experience was unacceptable. New, attentive staff would make a big difference. If i could give 0 rating, it would be a zero.

Purchased FT teriyaki chicken and steak with 2 bottled drinks. Less ingredients not worth paying $36. I used to worked at Subway so I know how it works. Wanna good sales dont be stingy on ingredients!
If you like subway, don't ever eat from here or you will stop going to subways. They know how how to cut the bread or wrap it. Worst experience ever
