I had a Veggie Subway from this location, and it was absolutely delicious. A special thanks to Manisha for her excellent service she made the experience even better.

Poor customer service
The staff treats the customer like a third world person, I used to love getting my subs from here & now it's gone down hill. The owner transferred the best & most friendliest worker out of this Subway store. The staff don't listen to the customer! Also, these women are snobby & lies to the customer. Your best bet is to get food from No Frills, it's cheaper & the atmosphere is better! A rice bowl shouldn't cost $20!

WORST EXPERIENCE!!
Visited the place on 9th September evening. I only asked for 2 snackwiches with only 3 veggies. And I asked before ordering. The 1st girl said yes will make it. After she toasted the bread, 2nd girl stepped in and said she cannot put any veggies at all and started acting so rude and unprofessional. She put 2 veggies but kept using absurd language. She showed extremely rude behaviour and walked away in between the conversation even when there were other customers there watching. I am surprised what kind of employees this store has that don’t even know what customer service is. Forget the customer service, I think they don’t even know how to simply talk and behave.. lol!! We would never want to eat food served with such humility and disgrace, so we ended up tossing our sandwiches.

I am writing to lodge a serious complaint regarding both food safety and staff conduct at your branch.Despite clearly stating in my order that I am allergic to cucumbers, my food still contained them. This is extremely dangerous and shows negligence toward customer health.
When I called to report the issue, the night shift staff member (a lady) was shockingly rude and dismissive. Instead of assisting me, she said: “Who the hell are you? I will not provide my name. Do whatever you want to do, let’s see what you can do,” and then told me to hang up and call back tomorrow. Such words and tone are completely unacceptable from anyone representing your business.
This experience left me not only upset but also deeply concerned about how lightly my health and complaint were treated. I expect immediate disciplinary action against this staff member and clear steps from your side to ensure food allergy instructions are strictly followed.
If I do not receive a timely response and assurance, I will escalate this matter further through consumer protection channels.

Very rude no work ethics

I ordered 2 subs from the app and the experience was terrible. Both subs were not what I ordered. On one sub, the sauce was only put on half, the bread was not fresh, and even though I asked for it to be grilled and toasted, they didn’t do it. Very careless and disappointing service. Please train staff better and pay attention to customer orders.

Just wanted to leave a quick shoutout to Manisha at Subway — she’s honestly one of the kindest and most attentive people I’ve come across in any fast food spot. Always greets with a smile, listens to how you want your sub, and makes it with care. It might seem small, but that kind of energy makes a big difference after a long day. Appreciate the good vibes and great service every time!
Such an awkward experience ever, the girl working in their haven’t seen such an unprofessionally she was treating customers. She was in rush told me its closing time at 12.15 Almost an hour before closing. I paid & throw it in bin. 👎🏼 don’t know her name if i does i had definitely mentioned it here.

I just had an amazing experience at Subway! Kusum and Param were fantastic - they made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it, and they were super friendly and courteous. What really impressed me was how attentive they were to my needs, without trying to sell me anything extra. They just got it right, and it made for a really smooth experience.
Even though it's not on my usual route, I'd definitely recommend this Subway location. The team is clearly dedicated to providing great service and quality food, and it shows. Big kudos to Kusum and Param - I'll be back for sure!

One of the worst experiences I’ve had with this Subway. I placed an online order for a rice bowl, and when I arrived to pick it up, not only was the order not ready, but I was told they didn’t even have the item I ordered. No one contacted me in advance, no apology, no solution — they simply canceled the order and sent me away with nothing. I wasted my time, used my gas, and left frustrated and hungry. This level of carelessness and poor customer service is unacceptable.

Subway - 96 Avenue
Dropped by the 96 Avenue Subway for dinner. It’s a small joint, but it offers the usual selection you’d expect. I chose the multigrain footlong with Chicken Ranch the food was well-prepared and tasted great. A bit of extra sauce made it even better!
Prices are reasonable, and the staff were friendly and supportive. Overall, a recommended spot for a quick and satisfying meal.
