Got a sub, didn't like its taste, went back to ask, did they put different sauce because it tasted sweet. The staff made me another one without arguing. They should hire more people like her. Best customer service

I often use to order from this 96ave location, no doubt some employees provide very good service. But yesterday I was placing an order the girl was very rude, bad customer service. Looks like she was not in a mood to work, was just throwing things when we asked her to add stuff. Pouring extra sauces.

On Tuesday (oct 22,2024) around 10:30 pm I ordered by app and gave instructions to cut sub in two pieces when I reached she was preparing i told her again is it cut in two pieces she said yes to me but when i opend it was not
I faced a problem at work because i didn't have any knife at moment

Location is good and need to be improve customer service and today I looking one girl worker of this location runny nose looking sick and for the safety procotion not wear the mask . We need to follow the safety protocols . Beacause they make the food . Please request as a customer told the your workers follow the safety measures . Thanks

I ordered 2 veggie footlongs at this location through subway phone app. I did a curbside pickup and took it to my place. When i open the wrap all i see is bread with sauce and very tinny like very less quantity of veggies. I'm very sad by looking this. I know about the inside stuffing is way less because i had the same few days ago in coquitlam with full stuffing ?. But this location Disappoint me. Will try some other location next time.

Rude behavior
Subway needs to teach they staff about customer service. And how to prepare the food. if a customer don't eat meat they should not the touch meat with the same gloves and touch making a veg sandwich. When u explain to the staff they will argue back.

i would give zero stars if it was an option. i go to this subway all the time since its close to my house and everytime i go there’s no one in the front and i see them in the back hiding and on their phones. when you enter the doors you can see the back through a corner that’s how i see. then i always have to yell hello for anyone to come out. unacceptable behaviour. owner needs to train them better. then they have an attitude whenever i want to order. there’s a sign that has a bunch of numbers and bowls and it says if we tell them the number we want they will take care of the rest but they always ask me how to make it, HOW WOULD i know ?? that’s your job??? terrible employees
