Customer service is just as important as the food. In my opinion, it should be a 50 50 balance 50% food quality and 50% customer service. While Subway has very tasty wraps (which is honestly the main reason I keep coming back), the customer service really needs improvement. Most of the staff seem experienced, but I’ve rarely seen anyone even smile at customers, which is such a basic and welcoming gesture. The tone often feels impolite or rushed, and it doesn’t create a friendly environment at all. Because of this, the overall experience feels disappointing despite how good the food is.

Slow service, as a result long line ups. I ordered my usual Nashville chicken and by the time I reached my workplace and began to eat my sandwich, I found a long strand of hair. The lady that served me works there with her pony tail extended out to her back. Can the owner please advise hair nets and wash hands between customers or wear gloves.
