I’ve had trouble here before but thought I’d give it another chance — that will be the last time.
Stopped by on Thursday, Oct 23 at 5 p.m. There was only one employee behind the counter making subs, with three people waiting. After waiting a while, I asked if she was working alone, and she said yes. Instead of making my sub, she started an online order, so I waited even longer. After about 10 minutes, she finally started on mine.

I had asked for extra veggies before she began, but she kept putting on very little — I had to repeat myself several times. After roughly 15 minutes, I was finally ready to pay, and two other employees came back inside after “taking out the garbage.” Strange that it takes two people more than 15 minutes to do that. When I asked why she said she was alone, I just got a blank stare.

Worst Subway location I’ve been to. Poor service and no sense of urgency.

Waited forever rude girls cant understand English and refused to make food properly with extreme problems. How can you fail at making a sandwich. Fire your staff or train them properly

Seriously horrible experience with service. Extremely slow, didnt listen, too busy trying to call security on paying customers then stalking ingredients/ sauces or doing orders. Glaring because we wanted dubble toasted. Didn't speak english well at all.

Atmosphere can be quite hostile due to neighbourhood(gateway strip).

The food isn’t terrible, not great for a subway.

I don’t think I’ll return to subway until they start hiring Canadians again.

Went to subway at 10 pm as it is open till midnight but they were out of patties and beans. What would a person have in veggie protein bowl! Also, the gurl working added very few sauces. Not satisfied.

Went in this evening, two girls were working. I gave my order in English but the staff responded in another language assuming my background. That kind of assumption is not inclusive and makes customers feel unwelcome. Horrible!! I just understand cheese and told her the kinda cheese I want. Toasted on her own without even asking.
Always regret going to this subway.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway. I am pregnant and urgently needed to use the washroom, but the staff refused, saying they didn’t have the key and continued giving excuses. They girls were so rude This was extremely unhelpful and insensitive. Customer service should show basic care and empathy, especially in such situations. Very poor service.

Gave me wrong sub even it was clearly mentioned what I want and what not but I think they don’t pay attention to what customers ask for. And also the bad packing. Really unsatisfied

Training staff should be restricted to off hrs.
Not during a lunch rush.
Not talking about the sandwich maker but the cash taker.....

Staff very helpful and friendly, had trouble with Google App we both got it to work. It is my favorite location for many years.Sandwich probably the best I have ever had!
