this subway actually sucks! they are rude and racist. everytime i order online it takes forever. they claim on app they are “building” the sandwich yet they don’t start until i already get there TWENTY MINUTES later and have to say something. Worst workers ever deserve to get fired. The sandwiches are always made terribly and veggies are cut poorly. seriously needs better management and training. Don’t ever go here

For heaven's sake, either shut down this place or change the employees and train the new bunch so that they know what "CUSTOMER SERVICE" is . Even at around 9AM in the morning with 0 customers inside, the employee was giving an "annoyed" stare after asking a question. Even throwing the bread and veggies here and there clearly showing her rage and frustration with a faded and fake smile. Disgusting experience.

Ordered Footlong Steak & Cheese through the subway app 30 minutes before leaving home for work. Got to the store and had a bad feeling already since I’ve seen staff keep online orders that are ready behind the counter multiple times before however I didn’t see anything so I walked up to the counter and asked for my order only to find out they didn’t even know I ordered and printed my order receipt right then and there. I was annoyed and told the staff I ordered it 30 minutes ago and all I got in return was “sorry” from one of the female staff. Took an extra 10 minutes or so to get my sandwich since they had to redo my order since they messed up initially with clear instructions printed on the receipt.

I would understand not getting my order ready on time if the shop was swamped with customers but there weren’t any. The two staff (male and female) that was there were cleaning and scrubbing tables/equipments when I initially came in.

Poor service. First they made be wait for ever. Then they took order grabbed bed just from counter. Without even chk it's can be used or not. Then after toasting guy took another customer order and my order getting cool sitting on the counter. Other person kept on saying just wait.

I have been here a few times when craving a sandwich with a side order of masochism. Each time I tell myself it can’t be worse than the last time but yet they have the innate ability to absolutely take that as a challenge and outdo themselves.

The workers put so little veggies on that asking for more is like you’re taking directly from their paycheques or act like you’ve just insulted their entire family.

The final straw was upon visiting today they cut the bread in half before making the sandwich. When I asked them to cut it in half after putting the toppings on so I could eat it like a sandwich instead of 12” of toppings with two pieces of 6” bread, the worker did not seem to grasp the basic operating principles of how a sandwich is eaten. And then I was informed that they only have 1 knife hence why they cut the bread but not the sandwich. How does a subway only have 1 knife?!?

It’s truly remarkable how every visit to this location manages to outdo the last—in the worst possible way. I’d love to see workers here pay attention to even the most basic requests. My son ordered a Black Forest ham sandwich, but somehow, that translated to bacon and ham in their minds. When we politely corrected them, they exchanged glances, chuckled, and whispered among themselves. Charming. And then, they had the audacity to try to charge us extra, which we thankfully managed to avoid after an uncomfortable back-and-forth.

As if that wasn’t enough, our other son ordered a straightforward sandwich—the “Carnivore” one—and somehow, that turned into an exercise in reading comprehension. We simply asked for it as it’s intended on the menu, but no, we ended up with spinach instead of lettuce and a bunch of random extras that don’t belong anywhere near it. Apparently, sticking to the basics is just too much to ask.

On other visits, I’ve also had the pleasure of witnessing them refuse a veteran, who was a paying customer, access to the restroom because they claimed it was “out of order.” Oddly enough, that’s the same story my wife received when she asked, baby in hand. The bathrooms seem to always be conveniently out of order here.

And heaven forbid you ask for an extra bag. We’ve learned not to ask at this point since even the mere suggestion of needing a sturdier one is enough to earn a rude look.

Please consider hiring staff that at least pretends to care. This location is truly giving Subway a terrible reputation.

Racist workers to people of colour and native people. Witnessed this from other people and experienced myself. Out of everyone in the line they call me up to pay for my food before it’s even made. Everyone else in the line had to pay when they finished making their subs. Always disappointed when I come here

Last couple orders have been severely under-filled. Sandwich barely has any toppings at all, as if I'm just eating a loaf of bread. Feels like they're trying to save money by skimping hardcore. First time I figured was a fluke, second time will be my last.

Incorrect toppings as well. Poor quality.

I just went there and asked the keys for the washroom and she said it’s just for the customers without even asking if I ordered something or not whereas I was with my friends and one of us friends did the order before I reached there . I am not too sure what the two girls name was but this was the worst experience I ever had at a restaurant. These Punjabi girls really need to know the work ethics and some manners. I just left the store right away without eating anything and this spoilt my day . It was Wednesday dated 18th September in the evening
