I would give this location 0 stars. Twice I have been there and the staff is talking in Hindi/ Punjabi and can’t be bothered to serve me. I left both times after being ignored. Never again will I go there. I don’t know who trains these people but customer service is not part of the training. The manager should be fired. I had to go to another location to get my food. Horrendous experience!

They handled the rush with great professionalism, efficiency, and a positive attitude. Despite the pressure, they remained friendly, organized, and made sure every customer was well taken care of.

I frequently visit this location because of its proximity to my house. There is an employee there I believe her name tag said Balbeer or Dalbeer and she is the friendliest person. Every time I walk into that restaurant she has the most genuine smile and really makes you feel nice leaving that location. Yesterday I ordered 3 subs and one I got made after that I forgot on the counter because we were still eating. We left the restaurant to head to our vehicle and she ran after us to give it to us. Again, another example of exemplary service. I hope the owner of this location/ manager sees this and knows that these small gestures by this employee make you want to visit this location more often.

Walked un with a few people ahead of me in line. We waited and were greeted with a smile by Balvir. She was pleasant to interact with and was kind. She went above and beyond when I had a question. I ordered 2 foot long Italian BMT’s and I only had 2 pieces of ham on each. It’s supposed to be 4 or 6. Never going to this location again
