I had to take a moment to praise an employee named Harpreet at this Subway location. We had a small mix-up with our order, and Harpreet handled the situation with absolute kindness and professionalism. He was so understanding and went completely above and beyond to make things right. He even gave my son a free six-inch sub, which he had absolutely no obligation to do. It truly made my son's day (and mine!). This is what exceptional customer service looks like. Because of Harpreet, we will definitely be loyal customers. Thank you so much!

Jashan at Subway gave great service today! She was very friendly and paid attention to everything. The food was really tasty – a great experience from beginning to end!
I ordered the honey mustard ham snackwhich using the Subway app. The app did not allow me remove onions, so I asked one of their workers if she could not put onions on as it is a food sensitivity for me… She told me no she can’t do that.
I’m not sure what the issue is as it really isn’t a hassle or extra work to take off one ingredient and it doesn’t change the price. I won’t be returning.

Ordered 3 foot long sub meals. The subs tasted stale. One of them had hair in it. Never received our chips. Don't blame the girls but the owners for a very poorly managed subway

Gurminder and simrat both girls are super rude. Firstly Gurminder made my sandwich wrong then i went back to the store. And then Gurminder was not there and simrat was there. Simrat is blaming me. Wow good job guys!!! Second time Simrat was making my sandwich and she put my sandwich in the oven and no one else was waiting i was only customer there and I am saying something to her she totally ignored me you guys have to ask you customers at least how are you? How’s your day something like that. But they are showing attitude!! This is their customer service!! Dude I have 7 years experience at subway. I know how to treat your customers. This is totally wrong. Feel so bad.
It’s not my first time here i have been here so many times i have ordered from their Store so many times that other workers are super nice and friendly specially that girl JASHAN she is a super friendly always happy to help.

I don’t know the because she wasn’t wearing a name tag but Who ever was working May 6th closing shift had terrible customer service, didn’t say a word the whole time, she was aggressively putting the vegetables and sauces onto the sub, and when i asked for my receipt she basically threw it on the sub and walked away, been to this location many times and have never came across this,
