Didn't take mine and my wife's order together acted like we were separated didn't give me the right bread wife asked for soup had to wait 10 mins I asked for soup the girl walked away from me when wife's soup came out they then told me oh we don't have that kind of soup . They didn't have any lettuce and was just plan rude I would not recommend this location not friendly at all

I have never seen a customer service like this store do. They are very polite, friendly and humble. Aman and Tavleen work very quickly and they do an amazing job in it, Aman was the one who made sub for me. She is very polite and Tavleen helped me with transaction as i had some issue with Coupon.
I would recommend to visit this store if you want see the real customer service

Priva and Aman, have some outstanding service. If I ask for certain requests normal customers don't ask they are still so helpful, and kind with their words. When I order a subway sandwich, they proportion the exact right amounts to make the sandwich taste so much better.

I will never step foot into this Subway again. The lady working on June 20th at 230pm was the rudest person I've ever encountered. I went and asked if they only had 3 options for bread and she replied "ugh yeah , 3 options only in all of Canada" and then looked at her coworker ?
They should not be in customer service, or they need more training.

I asked for tap water and they declined. I offered to pay for a cup and they declined. Only Subway I have visited that does this.

Went here today to grab a quick lunch, as usual there really isn't much to write about your typical subway sandwich. The service initially was great, the manager seemed to have been training some new employees and the extra time involved doing this didn't really bother me much as I'm pretty patient. I was however really bothered by the fact that the manager told the absolute lamest excuse when it came to giving me a cup for water. She said they don't give cups for water as surrey has a Ban on Plastic cups. If this is the case then what cups do they provide customers for the Fountain Drink Machine? Glass? Paper? Could she not have just provided me with the same cup and let me use the machine to fill water? This is so embarrassing. Don't waste your time going to these greedy Franchises, Especially this one.

Very disappointed in the staff at this location, we frequently order from this restaurant because it is very close to our workplace. However, we ordered two footlongs and showed the order to Lovepreet at the front and he was very rude. He told us to leave as they weren’t going to give our food even though we had provided him all information regarding the order. He told us to deal with it and call head office if we had a problem and to leave. It is very disappointing that the staff at this location do not care about their customers in any way.
