Terrible sub at this location. They don’t know how to make the sub. They can’t even read the instructions on how to make it. Train a kid and they will make it better sandwich by following instructions.

Whosoever made subway today in the evening has clearly not seen my instructions and made the most terrible subway I have ever had. It was completely dry with no sauces and i ordered two different subways which were not even labelled. Horrible experience!

I really doubt the 5 star ratings are from genuine customers. Terrible face expressions from the person at counter and they don’t even have name tags on ! But all the 5 star ratings got their names! Ok, maybe they were swayed with service to ask. But the short girl who served me couldn’t even say the ingredient names properly in English. Cut the bread terribly in a weird angle. I couldn’t hear or understand what she was intending to ask most of the time! Terrible experience. And seemed they have limited toppings option. Pretty small space and small counter. Was totally empty during rush hour. I would avoid even though I live nearby.

Raman is the best! She is always smiling and knows my daughters sandwich every time I walk in. The staff is great and very friendly and the store is always very clean. Best Subway location in Langley!

They never seem to have any important ingredients in stock. No multigrain bread, no chipotle southwest sandwich dressing? And to make it worse the bread I got was crumbling apart and flakes were falling off of it, guess the lady toasted it way too much. Overall the sandwich was okay but the experience of not having some important ingredients in stock baffles me. This isn’t the only time it’s happened, seems to happen all the time I go there. Also every time I have went to this location, there’s only 1 person there managing to do everything which causes delays. Probably wont be coming back to this Subway again.

A younger girl working today very bad customer service.Took a lot of food and she didn't even offer bag.

Employees are rude, untrained, and demeaning to the customers. The owner is a dimwit who thinks cash is not an acceptable form of payment. Don't bring cash. They won't accept anything over a $20 bill. Which is absolutely ridiculous. I made a $40 order and they wouldn't accept my $100 bill because I guess they only keep $5 float in the till?Like come on. This is your job. People pay with cash. If you can't keep enough float in your till to accept a $100 bill on a $40 order, you're doing it wrong.They tried to send me to 711 to get change. Like no, I'm spending money here. You give me change. That's the way this works.

Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't bring your kids here unless you like reaming out a customer service employee for being rude to you in front of your kids.
