Sonam was very polite, has a friendly, inviting smile and overall gave me the best experience I've ever had at Subway. This girl deserves a raise! I will definitely drive out of my way for this location in the future because of her.

Just got a footling meatball sub with a grand total of 7 meatballs. Tons of marinara sauce to hide it though. Thanks for nothing.

They never seem to have any important ingredients in stock. No multigrain bread, no chipotle southwest sandwich dressing? And to make it worse the bread I got was crumbling apart and flakes were falling off of it, guess the lady toasted it way too much. Overall the sandwich was okay but the experience of not having some important ingredients in stock baffles me. This isn’t the only time it’s happened, seems to happen all the time I go there. Also every time I have went to this location, there’s only 1 person there managing to do everything which causes delays. Probably wont be coming back to this Subway again.

Employees are rude, untrained, and demeaning to the customers. The owner is a dimwit who thinks cash is not an acceptable form of payment. Don't bring cash. They won't accept anything over a $20 bill. Which is absolutely ridiculous. I made a $40 order and they wouldn't accept my $100 bill because I guess they only keep $5 float in the till?Like come on. This is your job. People pay with cash. If you can't keep enough float in your till to accept a $100 bill on a $40 order, you're doing it wrong.They tried to send me to 711 to get change. Like no, I'm spending money here. You give me change. That's the way this works.
Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't bring your kids here unless you like reaming out a customer service employee for being rude to you in front of your kids.

This place has always been clean and friendly. I’ve been going to this location for years. The young man is especially friendly and chatty, the young girls are also super nice just a bit shy maybe. They always use gloves and load up our subs. The bread is fresh and tasty, as are the meats we choose.
Just bring back normal sweet onion sauce without teriyaki.
Vegetarian options: Lots of options.
Dietary restrictions: Pick what u like lots of options
Parking: Not enough spots for all the stores in the strip mall but can usually find a spot as most people are in and out.

Asked the keys for the washroom, was denied by the cashier saying I have to buy something. Not sure if that is the law to make GENUINE people BUY SOMETHING just to use the washroom.

Absolutely horrendous. Ordered uber eats for 2 untoasted subs. When called the store to let them know they were toasted apparently the "manager" picked up and said she made it and didn't toast the damn subs. Either they were toasted or stale, as they were crunchy. Horrible customer service right out of the gate...if you don't want to help people or be kind to them, find a solitary job.
The employees are extremely rude, that's due to the Owner. I witnessed him to show and coach his employees how to make the experience awful for loyal guest. The owners unwelcomeing and demeaning attitude is so uncomfortable will not have me coming to this location ever again. Beware!!!
