Really a bad experience with this location, they are 2.9 rated for a reason.
Consistently, this store always disappoints, whenever there is a coupon deal, they will make expensive items out of stock, I will always get plain bread when bogo promotion runs.
I will always get no spinach, as they run out of it.
There is some logistics issue with the location, or someone is trying to make more profit margin here.
This is not the first time for me I had consistent bad experience , customers will not spend 15 mins of their precious time to write a review for a location which is always a pathetic example of customer service but this is way too much and I cannot stop myself from expressing my thoughts :)
The staff will never apologize if something is out of stock, they do not feel bad for a poor customer experience. This is a concrete example of pathetic management and ill-mannered staff.
We all need to be a part of this change.

Please don’t visit it actually last night we visited and a guy was preparing the order for someone else and he didn’t welcome us or wish us for 4 minutes and when he finished and say hello to us that was so terrible like we entered and no common etiquette the person has in front of us. Lack of customer dealing skills. So bad not recommended. It looks like they have no attention to customer.

It was worst experience I visited with my friend we order six inch veggie patty sub when ask old lady who was taking the order to toast the patty separately she said I will put on foot long setting of oven I know that it supposed to be toasted separately from the bread otherwise patty stays cold and bread becomes hard I also work for 2 years in subway I know how things work. Moreover customer service was really so poor I will never visit here again and tell everyone not to visit here. Please keep well educated customer good employees who have good customer service skills.
