I ordered 6 inch sub for take out. It was around 1:40 am. The employee said that we cannot do grill for now. It was very disappointing. She didn’t tell me the proper reason for that. Very disgusting.

Always have kind friendly service here. Today the girl working was helping several customers with big orders. I think her name was Kiranjeet… she handled the orders quickly and precisely. Great job! It’s hard to work under a stressful environment by yourself and I think she was fabulous !

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. My order was made completely wrong — the bread wasn’t what I selected, several toppings were missing, and the sandwich was extremely dry. For a simple order with clear customizations, this should not have happened. What made it worse was the lack of care or helpfulness when I tried to address the issue. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and customer service. I hope management takes this seriously because this experience was far below the standard I’ve had at other Subway locations
