Super Saver

Order was placed on Subway app. The exclusive offer was to get 6 free cookies with any footlong. I met the requirements with my order. The iOS app was giving errors on the 6 free cookies deal. I made my orders and went into the restaurant. When I asked the staff if the receipt shows the 6 cookie deal, they said no. They did mention that they were aware of the problems. I asked for the deal to be honored, but they refused. This is very poor customer service. It made it worse that they were aware of the issue but made no attempt to fix it.

Lovely ladies working last night made a great team!My 6" ham and cheese on Italian herb and cheese was still under $6 with extra cheese.There were about 5 or 6 customers to serve and they were out of ham when I ordered. The worker was prompt at getting the product needed, plus her coworker notified me that's what the delay was.Each step she changed gloves and in such a way you could tell food safety was like second nature to her.Wonderful experience, fresh ingredients, definitely recommend.I didnt stay long as they helped the 3 or 4 customers in front of me pretty quickly.WELL DONE YOU TWO. Sorry I didn't have money to tip but you two get a great review and hopefully some recognition from your boss for the hard work on a Friday night.Sincerely, a nightshift worker enjoying her subway dinner. =)

Today i visited there. Subway was too busy but Arsh made all the sandwiches by happy face. My sandwich was too delicious and I recommend everyone to go there and try their sandwiches. She did great job .

Sukhninder who prepared my order for the 6* Sub was all fresh and she knew what all veggies I needed for my toppings on the sub and the sauces too, she even suggested me to try they fried onions as another topping which I loved it. She was very welcoming, smiling and ready to serve. Will definitely come back again and again to Sukninder to prepare my subs. Thank you Sukh and Subway is lucky to have an employee like Sukhninder as an asset. ?

Yesterday I got teriyaki sandwich, a punjabi girl Arsh made it really delicious, It was wonderful, I really recommend everyone don't miss such a nice sandwich, great customer service, she was polite and well organised. Really amazing

Business hours show they are open till 12 am. I get there at 10:55 pm and the open sign is lit up, door open, and they say they are closed with full staff.Either lock up the store or change your business hours to stop wasting people’s time.

first off tried to reach the owner of this location to resolve issue, but he purposely hides behind subway. Visited the store and unknown to me the till was broken, I waited 5-10 minutes in line to order. made my order and selections. went to pay and discovered cash only? I asked the 4 employees why I wasn't notified when entered the restaurant ? no response and basically had to leave. while I was leaving I advised the other 8 customers behind me and they all left with me. Not sure what is going on but some common curiosity for your customer. employees don't care and owner doesn't care? steer clear of this location

This place will make you wait for 10mintues white 3 staff are gossiping at the back. Prior to ordering my sandwich(teriyaki crunch) at the till they will charge you for a differ type of sandwich for a higher price such as the (chincken rancher) . Not only that they won’t have the full ingredients for the created sub. Lady who made my sandwich told the other lady at the till the wrong order with a smirk (scamming face) .So customers BEWARE

Worst subway ever!! Order 4 things through DoorDash only sandwich was delivered and it was not even toasted, tasted so bad. I called the store and lady picked up, who doesn’t know how to communicate with customers and she said oven is broken. Then I told her that my order was not complete 3 things are missing, she said it’s not possible and hangs up on me. Tried calling again, no one picked up. Worst store ever
