Very poor customer service.
I ordered specifically Italian herbs and cheese bread and I also said twice to make it loud and clear but the guy kept asking me back for cheese. Then I saw him put on a white bread instead of what I asked . Then he shakes his head on me when I told him that's not the bread I've asked him.
I wouldn't recommend this place because he clearly doesn't listen and insists to choose your bread for you.
People like this comes in for thw paycheck only and didn't want to improve their careers. So sad. People like this are most likely better to end on the streets panhandling
Honestly every time I go lately there are issues. This will now be the third subway, we will begin to avoid because of errors. When I order 2 different subs with instructions of all ingredients and how it is to be cooked via their app, I should be able to know my subs will be correct. And I really shouldn’t have to stand in the store and open each sub to make sure you actually read my order… when steak is $2 more ( than the chicken sub #1)I expected to see steak on my $16 sub….. not to open today’s dinner only to find it’s chicken. They managed to put the different sauce I asked for though…
Good service and food
I am highly disappointed in them. I ordered subway footlong. They had no bread other than white bread which looked stale, the moment I opened the wrap whole bread turned into crumbs. It was the worst subway footlong I have ever had. Wasn’t subway’s quality supposed to be consistent across all of their restaurants?? How hard it is to sell something worthy of money that we spend?? The subway maker grilled the bread for sooo long that it ruined whole bread. It is really sad. The sandwich’s bread has hair in it. How unhygienic can they be??? This is disgusting.
Placed a order in the app for pick up. Went at my designated time. Lady ask me am I here for a pick up what's the name and says sorry we haven't started it it because we have been busy. Order was placed in advance and they had confirmed it. Wouldn't have wasted my time here if that was the case. Easy could have took my business couple units down. They kept helping everyone in line and started making my 3 minutes after it was scheduled to be ready. It's been 20 minutes since I placed my order.

I stopped by Subway today to order two sandwiches. When my friend and I arrived, the staff were huddled together chatting and didn’t even look up to acknowledge us. After selecting all my fillings, I asked the attendant—who had already started wrapping them—if she could grill the sandwiches before sealing. She simply replied, “Oh, it’s already wrapped,” on without giving me a chance to clarify. The dismissive attitude made the entire interaction uncomfortable.
The ingredients themselves were fresh and tasty, but serving them cold when I specifically asked for grilling left me disappointed. More than anything, the lack of basic customer service—staff too busy talking to each other to listen to a simple request—was unexpected and off-putting.
I’ve always appreciated Subway for its customization options, so this lapse in attention to customers was surprising. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend coming here when there’s essentially no customer service to be found.

If you ever want to try the worst subway of your life then this store might be the best choice. You will get a soggy bread with three finely chopped onions and two drops of sauces. Staff treats their customer like a trash and do not expect a sauces, veggies and cheese even if you pay for it. Moreover, instead of apologizing you will get advice to not to order on subway app.
Lastly, the main pinpoint of this store is they won’t even notify you, if they don’t have any veggies or sauces and you pay for it.
The employees at this location weren't able to follow instructions from an online order. It wasn't a few details missed - the subs were done completely wrong. Terrible customer service. Save yourself the headache and get your food from a different location.

I ordered two veggie patty footlongs online order and mentioned them to wrap separately first of all that girl was so confused when we went inside to pick up the order that she wrapped together and no napkins in the bag then I specifically requested no tomatoes in one of the footlong but surprisingly I still have tomatoes in both of the footlong and patties inside the footlong was so cold that taste like she used directly from cooler.

I ordered 2 footlongs with drink. First of all they forgot to give my drink to delivery driver. And second i asked for toasted and grilled my sandwich , it was not toasted not grilled. I asked for some sauces according to my preference but it had barely 1 sauce. I’m so disappointed. No refund for my drink even they were saying ,If you want then visit store. So rude. Very poor service. Will never order again here.

This Subway is trash. There are so many Subways in Surrey, please choose a different location.
Ordered two footlongs online and picked up to bring home. Both footlongs were horrendously wrong. One footlong had at least four items that were NOT requested. The other one had items NOT requested and was MISSING items.
"More" spinach and lettuce here also means give two spinach leaves and a pinch of lettuce. Absolutely ridiculous.
I wish I could've justified it with them being busy but it was a ghost town in there. How could they get the orders so wrong with so much time on their hands? It's absurd.

Vegetarian options: Evening staff is very rude and when i ask for my issue they argue with me and they are saying they can’t do anything talk with our manager. They didn’t refund my money and make my wrong order. She is so rude and bad behaviour. No sense of talking. If owner can’t take seriously just shut down the store and get rid of it because it will effect the business negatively. Otherwise your employees will be responsible for your business failure or shutting down the business. Really employees has no sense

On Sunday, 27 October 2024 at 10:30pm. I ordered two footlong veggies subs and one with veggie patty in it but there was not veggie patty. I asked for the sauces but the amount of sauces was almost negligible. When i called at store they asked me to bring back to the store, i went then she said we put less veggies and sauces if customer wants the subs grilled. I paid for veggies and sauces why do I am getting less veggies and sauces without knowing. Is there any new policy implemented in the store which is not displayed on application while ordering??? Do you guys really think people are free to bring sandwiches with the complaints. Customers are not fool and free to discuss on such things for hours. It was worthless to argue with that girls where no apologies values. In between this subs get soggy whuch is useless. Two days prior I ordered one sub without lettuce but they did add. But I ignored, everytime it is unacceptable. Owner and Manager should better train the staff how to deal with customers or may hire the new staff who can provide better experience and service.
