The employees at this location weren't able to follow instructions from an online order. It wasn't a few details missed - the subs were done completely wrong. Terrible customer service. Save yourself the headache and get your food from a different location.

I ordered two veggie patty footlongs online order and mentioned them to wrap separately first of all that girl was so confused when we went inside to pick up the order that she wrapped together and no napkins in the bag then I specifically requested no tomatoes in one of the footlong but surprisingly I still have tomatoes in both of the footlong and patties inside the footlong was so cold that taste like she used directly from cooler.
I ordered 2 footlongs with drink. First of all they forgot to give my drink to delivery driver. And second i asked for toasted and grilled my sandwich , it was not toasted not grilled. I asked for some sauces according to my preference but it had barely 1 sauce. I’m so disappointed. No refund for my drink even they were saying ,If you want then visit store. So rude. Very poor service. Will never order again here.

This Subway is trash. There are so many Subways in Surrey, please choose a different location.
Ordered two footlongs online and picked up to bring home. Both footlongs were horrendously wrong. One footlong had at least four items that were NOT requested. The other one had items NOT requested and was MISSING items.
"More" spinach and lettuce here also means give two spinach leaves and a pinch of lettuce. Absolutely ridiculous.
I wish I could've justified it with them being busy but it was a ghost town in there. How could they get the orders so wrong with so much time on their hands? It's absurd.

Vegetarian options: Evening staff is very rude and when i ask for my issue they argue with me and they are saying they can’t do anything talk with our manager. They didn’t refund my money and make my wrong order. She is so rude and bad behaviour. No sense of talking. If owner can’t take seriously just shut down the store and get rid of it because it will effect the business negatively. Otherwise your employees will be responsible for your business failure or shutting down the business. Really employees has no sense

On Sunday, 27 October 2024 at 10:30pm. I ordered two footlong veggies subs and one with veggie patty in it but there was not veggie patty. I asked for the sauces but the amount of sauces was almost negligible. When i called at store they asked me to bring back to the store, i went then she said we put less veggies and sauces if customer wants the subs grilled. I paid for veggies and sauces why do I am getting less veggies and sauces without knowing. Is there any new policy implemented in the store which is not displayed on application while ordering??? Do you guys really think people are free to bring sandwiches with the complaints. Customers are not fool and free to discuss on such things for hours. It was worthless to argue with that girls where no apologies values. In between this subs get soggy whuch is useless. Two days prior I ordered one sub without lettuce but they did add. But I ignored, everytime it is unacceptable. Owner and Manager should better train the staff how to deal with customers or may hire the new staff who can provide better experience and service.

I read many reviews but the one Anmoldeep kaur posted is really very upsetting to know the behaviour of owner and coworkers. Instead of workplace respect, listening to the queries and resolving them, making employees feel like a family treating them like dummies is very insane of owner and other team members. Also not treating customers with respect, providing assurance of food quality and unable to give them information about options available is certainly unethical.
Hoping they would work on their behavioural problems!

I had an extremely bad experience with customer service. Ordered a foot long veggie sandwich and I added three sauces in it (only 3) and asked a worker to grill my sandwich and she said I can not grill it with these many sauces in it…… is having three sauces can make a difference to grill!!!!!!!! What kind of service is this???? She was very RUDE………..

Last six month every Saturday Sunday we order food never get our complete order always say sorry we don’t have it and and today one is the girls. She is so rude to me she said if we don’t have it it’s not our fault and when she after 10 minutes when she give me bagel, the bag is like super wet with butter I have no idea the girls work at Sandwich station . Very unprofessional.. Stop timer so rude wacko .

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this business. The staff and owner demonstrated a lack of professionalism and a clear disregard for labor regulations, specifically those in BC regarding unpaid training. I was made to work for one week without pay, under the guise of training, with no intention of being hired.
During this period, I was tasked with cleaning toilets and sinks, among other duties, while the owner repeatedly called me in for training. It was evident that my labor was being exploited during a busy Diwali week instead of hiring paid employees.
Despite my efforts and inquiries about my schedule, the owner’s response was dismissive and unprofessional. The day I went to check on my status, I overheard a remark questioning my presence, which was both hurtful and revealing of their true intentions.
This experience left me deeply upset, and I would advise potential employees to be cautious. Such unprofessional behavior and exploitation are unacceptable.
Did not stop me from adding a salad onto my sandwhich with no additional cost
