Subway definitely ain't what it used to be still miss the old way they'd cut the sandwiches. They really need to bring that back.

Had a disappointing experience at this Subway. I ordered online and forgot to select the grill option. When I politely asked Sharan at the counter to grill my sub, she refused, even after I kindly asked again. I understand it wasn’t in the order, but her attitude was cold and unhelpful. A little flexibility and basic customer service would’ve made a big difference. Won’t be returning to this location.

It was Friday 11.30am the employee was very rude I want to order veggie patty sub and she very rudely replied that there is no such type of sub. It was my worst experience with subway. She was super rude.

I come here at least once a week for a soup and sandwich. The woman who works here full-time during the week is such a hard worker. She makes my broccoli soup fresh to order, which I really appreciate—I wait about 10 minutes for it while I eat my sandwich. I've had broccoli soup that sits on a heater all day, and it tastes awful, but I always enjoy it here. Her work ethic, cleanliness, and efficiency are truly impressive. Today, I noticed how neatly the tomatoes were laid out. I should have taken a picture, it was beautiful. Good work

I had a horrible experience ordering from this place. My order was all veggies more and all what I got was ridiculously just more spinach and spinach all what I got to eat in every bite was spinach after having half of it I planned to throw away the rest bcz there was no veggies just one slice of cucumber and onion just little sp mayo as sauce that’s it. where are the extras??? What were the charges for? I need my money back. The worst experience I’ve ever had ordering from sub

The customer service was poor when I placed my order for pick up on the app. When I arrived at the express pick up checkout, the employee who was already assisting another customer did not acknowledge me, which I can understand, but at least a greeting or indication that he would be with me shortly would have been appreciated. When I received my order, I was disappointed to find that the rice bowl was missing the rice and the salad and wrap were missing the added crisp onions. It was very disappointing to discover at home that key components of our order were missing.
