Suman is an absolute gem . She’s was welcoming and made my visit so much better with her positive attitude. She’s quick, efficient, and made delicious subs with care and consistency. I was so tired and drained from camping but this helped. The food tastes great. I’ll definitely come back soon!

Honestly the best Subway I came across in the lower mainland. My Sandwich artist was alone in a rush and went above and beyond to be patient and kind. My sandwich was honestly the best ive had in a while. There was no tipping option, I get it and I appreciate not forcing this on customers but in that instance I didn't have cash to give her and couldn't tip with the machine.

Had a disappointing experience at this Subway. I ordered online and forgot to select the grill option. When I politely asked Sharan at the counter to grill my sub, she refused, even after I kindly asked again. I understand it wasn’t in the order, but her attitude was cold and unhelpful. A little flexibility and basic customer service would’ve made a big difference. Won’t be returning to this location.

It was Friday 11.30am the employee was very rude I want to order veggie patty sub and she very rudely replied that there is no such type of sub. It was my worst experience with subway. She was super rude.

I come here at least once a week for a soup and sandwich. The woman who works here full-time during the week is such a hard worker. She makes my broccoli soup fresh to order, which I really appreciate—I wait about 10 minutes for it while I eat my sandwich. I've had broccoli soup that sits on a heater all day, and it tastes awful, but I always enjoy it here. Her work ethic, cleanliness, and efficiency are truly impressive. Today, I noticed how neatly the tomatoes were laid out. I should have taken a picture, it was beautiful. Good work
