Very bad customer service. Staff was rude. Although, they put less veggies as compared to other locations and when i ask for more veggies she was showing me the attitude. Never gonna come here back and not gonna suggest someone else.

Went to this store last week on a sunday. I really enjoyed the sandwich and was way better than my last subway experience.The customer service was great too. The girl working in the store was very many patient and calm and she helped me try something new. (I'm very new to ordering from subway)However, here's a high recommendation. I don't know why the store decided to just post one employee in the store shift. Is it cause its a sunday? Or cause it's winter shifts? Or cause the store wants to cut their expenses. that's not just about making the customers wait, but also the store will be putting the employee on the shift through too much pressure. Honestly, i felt really bad when she apologized to each and everyone eventhough it's not her fault.

Came here this morning with my friend. We both got a foot long. I got turkey and she got the steak. We grabbed the naked juice smoothie drinks from the cooler but realized all of them were expired. We had to ask the employee to grab us a new one from the back. I also got 2 cookies with my combo. When we ended up eating it at home, my friend found a long black hair in her steak sandwich. My cookies didn't taste fresh either, it tasted old and stale.Very disappointed with the quality of food. Seems like they don't follow protocols for food handling.
