I always go to this place and they're great. The service is nice and you get what you pay for. But this time it was inadequate at best. I asked for a veggie delite and got charged for a different sandwich.
Apparently there's 2 types of sandwiches and without informing me of the price difference, they opted for the other sandwich. Yet they informed me that they charge extra for crisy onions. So, doesn't make sense to me. I was very clear for the veggie delite.
Furthermore one of the employees told me that they get in trouble for canceling an item order. Unfortunately, that has nothing to do with me. She incorrectly told me the price of a meal, so that was her mistake to rectify. Anyway, overall very disappointed with the service and the food. The veggie patty was awful so I didn't even eat it. Would not recommend.

Rude and Unprofessional Staff- Went to Subway and had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. The girl named Mehak had a horrible attitude for no reason at all. Rolling eyes, acting like she’s being forced to work – totally unprofessional. If you don’t want to deal with customers, maybe don’t work in customer service. I came in to get food, not to deal with someone’s ego. Management seriously needs to train staff on how to behave with basic respect.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. I was shocked to be charged extra for crispy onions, which has never happened at any other Subway I’ve visited. When I asked about it, the staff was rude and unhelpful, and the overall attitude felt like they didn’t care about customer satisfaction at all.
The service was slow, and the sandwich was sloppily made without proper care or attention. It didn’t taste fresh, and the vegetables didn’t seem crisp. There was no greeting, no thank you, and absolutely no effort to provide even basic customer service.
Subway is usually known for consistency and good value, but this location really missed the mark. Charging for something so small and treating customers poorly is not acceptable. I will definitely think twice before coming back to this Subway again.

Order a chicken teriyaki bowl and the girl gave me 6 pieces of chicken teriyaki. Worst order i have ever seen . 11 dollars for 6 pieces of chicken teriyaki bowl. Never buying from them again . And also they are charging a dollar for spoon of crispy onion

I've also had the pleasure of being served by Jas, another team member at this location, who demonstrated exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail on a previous visit.
What sets this location apart is the team's ability to listen and deliver without pushing unwanted options. Unlike nearby locations, they respect your choices and get it right!
