I was the only customer in the place. I entered the shop and the woman behind the counter just stared at me. No “hello” no “how can I help you?” No “hi how are you?” No smile, nothing. Just a blank stare. So I pretended to be studying the menu until she was forced to say something. But she didn’t. So I looked at her and I walked out. Never ever have I experienced something like that before. The lady is obviously working in the wrong industry. So so rude it’s unbelievable. I can’t rate the food because i didn’t get that far.

This is a great Subway location. Busy enough to keep fresh meats and veggies but slow enough to not get really long lineups. The staff are friendly, courteous and take the time to make a great sub every time.

Couldn't give me the details of my Uber. Driver who apparently picked up my meal and did not deliver it ordered off app did not give me information on said driver. So came all the way down to location to pick up order and nothing. No return, no remake, no nothing. Horrible service ?

I recently visited the Subway location on Pattulo place and had an extremely disappointing experience. The staff member Manpreet who assisted me was incredibly rude when I requested some simple customizations for my sandwich. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, especially when I’m making reasonable requests for my meal. Instead, I was met with a dismissive attitude and unprofessional behavior.

Looks like the owner of this location gave instructions to his employees to put less meat than the standard. I ordered a footlong steak & Chesse online and when we went to pick up the sandwiches were not ready then mine ( steak and cheese) when I opened the wrapped sandwich I found there're very little of the steak and also the veggies were very little.No time to go back and give them a lesson in person but I'll do it next time for sure.Follow Subway standard and do not try to destroy the reputation of Subway by cheap owner or cheap labor.

I am Balraj Brar. This location employees are super nice. I got am amazing customer service from Harjot. This is my permanent and favourite place to eat.
I visit there for 3 footlongs for $21 deal. It's an amazing deal for those who love sandwiches like me. Also I like the customer service given by closing girls. They were pretty nice, humble and polite even in the busy time. I would recommend everyone to visit there if they want to have good sandwiches and customer service.

Complete 5 in all regards, they have a 3 subs for $21 deal, not available anywhere else.The service is immaculate, as the staff is very co-operative, they pay close attention to any changes that you request. Generous with the portions, their weekend staff Suman and Harjot make a class difference in the service.Atmosphere was kept clean whenever we visited. Local gem, great business!

I really love the sandwiches at subway but the customer service given by gurpreet at this subway is worst. I go in morning to grab sandwich and she never have smile on face and never say hello. Being student when asked to apply for discount my sandwich she ignored and charged me and my friends full time. Well its all alright i understand sometimes you have bad day but its not always you treat your customers same way. If you are in this field you must know how to speak to customers.
