The app charged us and order did not make it to their end. We ended up paying again for the sandwiches.
We were assured that the pending payment would be reversed and not get posted on the account.
Today, the payment got posted and I made a phone call to them. I was told I would get credited in 3-5 business days. Well I was also told the pending wouldn’t get posted but it did so how can I believe anything anyone say? And telling a customer to babysit their account to see if they got credited for a 20$ transaction is appalling. How is this my problem? Why am I doing the work for the shortcomings on your end?
I urged the manager to at least give me some sandwiches for the money I paid. She said she is unable to do that and would need to talk to her district manager if I don’t receive a credit at the end of 3-5 business day period. How are you a manager if you are unable to rectify a simple customer grievance.
I am done with this location. We would get sandwiches from there at least once a week. Will go to the one on 104 from now on

Every time i see her, she is positive hard working person, always going above and beyond and taking the extra time and care to make my sandwiches :) Raman provides excellent customer service. Ok so I where a headscarf because I am romani woman and married the server who made my sandwich refused to put bacon and I had argue with her to get her to give me bacon and she was refusing because she assumed I was muslim

Terrible.....I came in a half hour before they closed and they had already started turning things off....said they are closed then kept things open for another half hour.....with out making food....walked here so ended up ordering something I didnt really want from the place next door so I didnt waste the trip....id avoid at all costs....no telling how many other areas their laziness creeps into.....I suggest updating your opening times or actually serve a customer when they walk in
