The staff is friendly and efficient, and the place is always clean. I love that I can customize my sandwich to my exact preferences. Definitely worth the visit!

Disappointed with Online Order Experience
I recently placed an online order with Subway, motivated by a promotional offer. Unfortunately, the offer wasn’t applied at checkout despite multiple attempts, which was already frustrating. I adjusted my order and made sure to select extra veggies—specifically more lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, and green peppers—because that was important to me. I even added a generous tip in good faith, hoping to reward the sandwich artist for a job well done.

However, when I picked up my sandwich, I was extremely disappointed. It had barely any vegetables, no cheese, and the rotisserie chicken portion was minimal. It felt like the care and quality I expected were completely missing.

It’s disheartening to receive such low-quality service, especially when you go out of your way to be a considerate customer. If this is how Subway treats its loyal patrons, it’s hard to see why anyone would want to continue doing business with them.

Very rude staff i ordered veggie delight and they give me veggie patty and when i call them they said its okay you can remove the patty the girls who are working there don’t know how to speak with customers very bad service will never go again here even the food is not good in taste.

Prabh was making my sandwich, she is good listener she put everything in the exact amount I wanted. The way she was handling customers was very professional. I would recommend going to this subway for sure. Food was perfect and customer service was great.

Nov 3rd 5:25pm - took 20 mins to make 2 sub with only 1 other customer.
I wrote in-app, extra veggies and less sauce but gives me little veggies and a lot of sauce.. my sandwich is all wet and gross.

They told me i couldn't have more spinach as my only vegetable after adding less than 20 pieces of spinach. Never has thus happened. She then proceeded to add wrong sauces to my sub when asked for more spinach. I don't know what it is with this place and spinach, but the workers need some customer service training

On Sunday evening i went to this subway i was 2nd in line and the girl name Simrat made angry and ugly faces while making my sub i requested her to lightly tost the sandwich she burned my sandwich made it to hard . I was patently waiting she served me at last and i took one bite and throwed the sandwich in the dustbin in-front of her .. i don't understand the behaviour 😔
