I honestly wish I could leave 0 stars. If you are looking to be treated like garbage and be served a mediocre sandwich then come here. The lady working was extremely rude to my girlfriend who was trying to use a coupon she received. My girlfriend was met with an attitude that you wouldn’t even give to your worst enemy. I truly hope management reads these messages as you must know that your employees are ruining your store and the subway brand. I will be contacting head office about this issues aswell

My 12 year old child went with his friend 2 days back alone as it was a great experience for them. Unfortunately the subway guy deceived my kid by giving 2 dollars less. Please have some kindness and compassion for kids at least. Doing such cheap things for $2 makes you poor.
Very shameful that we live in such a society where people think of deceiving kids. Have guts that their parents notice what you do to them

Like others have said, I’ve been to many different locations, but this might the worst. My go to order is a tuna sub. The amount of tuna that they put on the bread was so little - that it didn’t even cover the whole foot long bread. I asked if they could add a tiny bit more just to cover the bread at least. They agreed and proceeded to charge me $4 extra for two spoons of tuna. Had I known, I would have just refused the extra scoops because that was definitely not worth the money. That is something that should have been told to the customer before adding in. I suggest that you save yourselves a headache and go to a different location.

I mostly go there to pick up lunch for my kids during school days, even though this place is busy during lunch hours with lots of high school students, but still, the staff handles everyone so well and in a very quick way.
