The girl at the counter serving was so arrogant and was yelling at me. I was so calm but she being so over smart , don’t know how to provide the best of customer service.

We have been ordering here since many times because its near by our house
Every-time when we order online for pickup they messed up
They never read the full instructions for any order because every-time we didn’t get the proper order
I guess they should clearly read the instructions.
Worst customer service ever!!!! They don’t know how to resolve customer issues at all. I ordered online from subway but haven’t received the delivery so I had to call DoorDash customer service and they said this store has agreed to make another order and send it to me. After waiting for another 45 minutes, I called the store and asked how long it’s gonna take and they said they are not even making the order and literally told me that the DoorDash customer service is lying. I called DoorDash to ask what’s the matter and they said the workers refused to give the order to delivery guy after agreeing to make the order again and at the end, I got the refund but I was really unhappy with the way this store worker handled the issue , really unprofessional and lack of clarity

i asked for a Cuban crunch, was asked if i wanted cheese on it, it comes with cheese, i got the wrong cheese, i was asked what veggies, i said no red onions, person decided i didnt need the crispy ones either. i was asked which sauce, the person looked at me with a blank look when i asked for the cuban sauce. its difficult to get a sandwich made when the person behind the counter doesnt speak English.

Very bad costumer service given by a girl working in the front name Lakshdeep. Communication skill was totally 0. upon asking for sandwich she was busy in refilling her vege boxes, asked her to make my sandwich first as I was on my break she rolled her eyes and toned with aggression...
I Gave my coupon to use explained me with a same tone that cold cut sandwich is not included in series.
She didn't asked if I need bag to carry my sandwiches as I carried 2 six inches in hand
She argued on that we never ask costumer for bag it's costumer duty to ask for it .
Never experienced just service in any subway in surrey.
Manger should educate this girl how to communicate politely with smiling face .
Would never come back to her here... Totally ruined my break...

What happened to this subway? Few years ago this was really good, now it's complete trash. I even had even given a 5 star rating.
I guess lack of food training is my biggest complaint, they don't change gloves when using the cash register, pick up dirty rags from the floor and clean while they are making food, no food safe training at all.
They work while they are sick too, wiping their snot on gloves while coughing on everything. Had to just throw out my sub last time.
Lines are extremely long and they will still prioritize skip orders vs in store and usually only one person is making subs while the other is doing something non important.
Don't come to this location, you will most likely get sick

I went to buy lunch for my son but got very disappointed as my son ordered six inches vegi pattie with chips and cookie I added a small cream of broccoli for my mom.After the transaction I came back to my car and figured that she only gave me half of the container soup moreover it was not the soup I know as cream of broccoli it was just white water!!! I rush back just to make sure they knew what they did .I asked the girl Gurlene I guess her name was that if subway changed the recipe for this soup she said no !!! Then I said what is this then, she said we only have left over!!! Sorry about this !! I said what ever you did was very wrong you should inform me before.I didn’t return it as my mother took a sip and I didn’t went there to take advantage I went for just food.I am so surprised this how people are doing business!!! I am related to restaurant business I know how it supposed be once you are going out of any item new batch should be ready before that also if you are out of stock at least don’t serve this kind of garbage to your customer inform them.Have some ethics please.

Prince more like king. The customer service representative named Prince was the best service I’ve gotten in a subway for years. I’ve been to this location 5 times to average or good service but nothing has compared to Prince. I was a little disappointed I couldn’t tip because I wanted to show him gratitude.
