I phoned subway and it is not their policy to charge extra for toppings. They will investigate it.
I'll just go to another one. So many subways out there with better service.

I ordered two footlong subs from this Subway location, and I was very disappointed with the experience. They didn’t add sufficient veggies to the sandwiches, despite charging full price. On top of that, they charged me extra for crispy onions, which are usually included for free at other locations and as per Subway’s official policy. It feels like they are scamming customers with unnecessary charges. Additionally, the staff, especially the girl who served me, was extremely rude and lacked basic manners. I definitely do not recommend this location to anyone.

I recently visited this Subway location and wanted to share my experience. While the customer service was excellent—the staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful—I couldn’t help but notice how incredibly hot it was inside the store. It seems like the air conditioning isn’t working, and with the summer heat and sun blazing outside, it made the atmosphere inside almost unbearable.
I honestly felt like leaving because I couldn’t even stand there for more than two minutes without feeling uncomfortable. I truly feel bad for the employees who have to work in such extreme conditions. They still managed to stay kind and professional despite the heat, which says a lot about their dedication. I really hope the management fixes the AC soon—for both the comfort of the customers and the well-being of the hardworking staff.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I came in specifically for the Chicken Teriyaki deal and ordered three separate 6-inch sandwiches. When it came time to pay, I was overcharged. I politely pointed it out, and instead of fixing the issue professionally, the staff started rolling their eyes, sighing, and giving attitude — as if I was the problem. Then they tried to argue that I ordered a footlong instead of two 6-inch sandwiches, even though they literally made and packed three individual sandwiches in front of me.
This wasn’t just poor service — it was straight-up disrespectful. I’ve never felt so unwelcome for simply trying to correct a mistake they made. If your staff can’t handle a basic order without getting defensive and rude, they shouldn’t be in customer service.
Extremely disappointing and not at all what I expect from a brand like Subway. Won’t be returning to this location.

I had a wonderful experience at Subway this morning, thanks to Arsh. She greeted me with a cheerful smile, which made my day start on a positive note. Arsh prepared my breakfast sandwich quickly and exactly the way I requested, paying great attention to detail.
Her friendly attitude and efficiency stood out, even during the busy morning rush. It’s clear she values her customers and takes pride in her work. Thank you, Arsh, for the excellent service and for making my breakfast visit so pleasant!
