Yesterday night I ordered 2 footlongs and they prepared totally wrong . I mean it's so surprising that I already mentioned the ingredients and they didn't follow it . It's your responsibility to provide good service to your customers.

First time, I came here with my friends and it was very bad experience and the poor customer service was provided by the staff name Simran, she donāt know how to pack the sandwiches as she just packed in the outer cover instead of packing first in the white wrap and also we asked for cutting the long foot sandwich in a half but she didnāt cut properly and after asking for packing in a separate wraps she just refused it. I really donāt recommend this location to anyone.

I just went to this location after my work as I was really hungry after my work. I clearly asked the girl to have a 6 inch italian herb n chs with teriyaki chicken and add bacon and She said OKAY. And later she warmed the sub and i told her it was add bacon and she replied to me with her very bad tone, you should remind me of that. I was like?? Seriously there were max 1 customer in line and you canāt pay attention to what a customer is saying. Moreover, having an attitude towards customers will definitely led this location to have down fall. Very disappointed.

I ordered the same sub on two separate occasions with the exact same toppings. Suddenly today Iām told one of those toppings is going to cost extra. The week prior this was not the case. When I questioned staff about if this was a recent change I was told that it was and they started charging for this toppling about a month ago.
Out of curiosity, I went online to replicate my order via mobile order and of course this resulted in no additional charge. Seems as if the staff make things up on the spot depending on the day.
