This was honestly the worst shawarma experience I’ve ever had in Canada. We ordered two chicken shawarma rolls, and both were absolutely terrible. The girl making the food, Mehak, gave us rolls that had barely one piece of chicken in them—the rest was just packed with old, dry rice that tasted awful. No flavor, no freshness, nothing close to a proper shawarma.

It felt like a total rip-off. If I wanted cold, tasteless rice wrapped in bread, I could’ve stayed home. Extremely disappointing service and food. If this is how Mehak serves customers, I don’t see how this place is still running. Definitely not going back!

Pretty rude lady working here just walks away while you are paying doesn’t say bye or anything. They skimp out on the toppings here too. Probably mad cause i used a coupon and didn’t give a tip. Who can afford that with the astronomical inflation prices.

I would give zero .girls working there don’t follow the instructions even if you put a note that you are allergic to some fillings.This is the 3rd time same girl made a sandwich without even looking .Avoid going to this place.

The worst staff I have ever seen at any subway. I visited here on Saturday last week at around 9:30 PM. The female staff was very rude and didn’t even ask me the type of bread. Moreover the worst part was that I ordered spicy mozerella (veggie) and clearly twice did I mention my order. But she ended up giving me chicken. It was a take out for my daughter. I realised it’s chicken when I was already home. Also submitted the complaint on the subway customer service but I guess they don’t care. Anyways I am never gonna be back again. Worst staff I have ever seen.

TOO BAD SERVICE

I visited the 148 / 108 Ave corner location during my lunch break today and was disappointed with the lengthy wait.
Despite the large number of customers, particularly kids, there was only one staff member working. This resulted in an excessively long lineup, forcing me to leave without service as my break ended.

The lady is always purposely slow and irritated

To improve customer experience, l suggest increasing staff during peak hours to efficiently manage demand.

If they continue this practice will never visit to this store again and never recommend to any one

The girl who worked there is very rude, I dont know the name because she was not wearing her badge she didn't even smile, and mostly on the phone. We bought a footlong and she didn't give us all the sauce we wanted. I strongly dont like this place???
