You guys should just close this place down... its horrible and they let homeless people hang out inside.. one girl that was there the other day with the homeless yelled at me so we left. I will get pictures and post them soon.

I just want to share my experience at your store around 6:30 PM on August 19.
When I came in, there were 3 guys ahead of me. I was standing in line while they were just sitting. Once the staff finished with the previous customer, instead of asking who’s next, she called the other guy who was just sitting beside the others.
I was still standing right in front of the counter waiting, but then 3 more people came in. Instead of serving me — who was clearly next — she went ahead and called the new guy that just walked in.
I was very disappointed! It felt like I was completely ignored even though I was standing at the counter the whole time. Honestly, this was very poor customer service!!!

The Indian lady with the glasses who works overnight doesn't understand English at all and the food she made was terrible. Never coming back

It was around 1:15 AM, and we were waiting for our turn to order.
There were two other customers at the counter — one was placing an order, and the other, a couple, was standing nearby talking. Since it looked like it might take some time and there was only one staff member working, we decided to sit at a table while we waited.
A few minutes later, another customer (let’s call him Guy 1) walked in and stood behind the couple. Seeing that, I got up and stood closer to the display, right beside the couple.
The staff member had clearly seen us earlier, but she completely ignored us and served Guy 1 instead.
Then another person (Guy 2) arrived and stood behind Guy 1 — and again, she served him next. At this point, we were still waiting beside the counter, clearly visible, and not once did she ask if we were in line or planning to order.
Eventually, she turned to us and asked for our order. I mentioned we had been waiting much earlier than the others. She responded by saying we should’ve stood in line and assumed we were waiting for friends. Seriously? We were standing there for 15–20 minutes midnight — not just hanging around.
She apologized, but based on her expression, I couldn’t tell if she truly meant it.
Anyway, I wish her well and hope she improves her customer service in the future.

On an off i do visit this place while doing my laundry . I usually substitute the Pork for chicken when I take the N05 chicken Rancher, Today surprisingly the server Kurshid , rejected my request saying they don't facilitate it , when I politely mentioned that I am a frequent customer and my request has been facilitated previously but then came the attitude . Sorry , no more Subway at @148/108

Tried to buy a sandwich just after midnight. My household will no longer be eating here due to a serious lack of hygiene and food safety.
Ordered a sandwich. There was a quarter of a bucket of extremely brown and spoiled lettuce on the line. Nobody in their right mind would want to eat that. So, I asked if there was lettuce that wasn't rotten. The employee returned with a new lettuce which she just poured on top of the brown rotten stuff to serve other customers. 🤦🏻♀️ Then, she proceeds to lean the belly of her dirty shirt all across the top of my sandwich repeatedly while adding pickles. At that point, I walked out.
Does this employee even have Food Safe? This is all common sense in safe food handling procedures. Absolutely disgusting. And, why the heck are customers paying for vegetables that look like you dug them out of a roadside green bin?! 🤮
Also, law in BC states that a restaurant must have a washroom available for customers. Instead, there is a sign posted saying that there is no washroom for paying customers. This location needs a visit from the health inspector.

I ordered veggie sandwich from here the girl there was so rude and she made a beef sandwich before us she was touching beef with her gloves she should change gloves right after her order she was touching our veggie with same gloves ……bad customer service

I really want to give this location a higher rating, because the staff themselves are fantastic—friendly, quick, and they always get my order right. Unfortunately, the atmosphere outside (and sometimes inside) makes it hard to recommend.
• Positive: Employees greeted us warmly, moved the line efficiently, and were great with my young son.
• Negative Concerns:
• Almost every visit, several unhoused individuals were sleeping right beside the entrance of Subway. The odour of urine was noticeable before we even opened the door.
• people who appear to be under the influence were coughing continuously at a table inside. My son felt unsafe, and we ended up leaving mid‑order.
I understand the store can’t control everything outside its doors, but a consistently uncomfortable environment undermines the great service your team provides. If management could work with the plaza owner or local outreach services to keep the entrance clear and ensure a cleaner, safer dining area, I’d happily bump this up to five stars.
Thank you to the staff—you’re doing an excellent job under challenging circumstances. I hope the surroundings improve so more families can enjoy your service without worry.
