today I ordered a meatball sub and for whatever reason without asking, they placed lettuce and tomato? When has a meatball sub ever had lettuce and tomatoes that’s not even the standard. Doesn’t seem like staff understand what they’re doing hopefully owner cares enough to correct the lack of knowledge.

I'm giving this 1 star due to a frustrating experience. Every time I do a walk-in, the store never seems to have a veggie patty available. I understand this isn’t the staff’s fault, but it points to poor management at the store level. Interestingly, when I order online on the same day, the veggie patty is available and delivered without issue. This inconsistency is disappointing and needs to be addressed.

Yesterday I ordered a subway saying more spinach and little sauces. But there was no spinach and more sauces. The taste was so sour . Couldn’t finish my subway. Don’t know who they are hiring to or if it is well trained or not . Never ordering here again.

What an awful experience with both the lady and the service—it's disappointing. We visited today, 25/06, around 8:30 PM, and I didn’t catch the name of the staff member, but the woman with eye glasses was pathetic There was no greeting at all, and when my husband asked for the bathroom key twice, she chose to focus on making someone's sandwich for an online order and ignored him both times. When he asked again for the third time, she rudely tossed her gloves aside, handed him the key, and made some strange facial expressions. I ordered my food with a blank expression 😶, and it appeared as if she was doing her job reluctantly, showing zero customer service. I hope the owner pays attention to these reviews and communicates with customers about the kind of service they are providing instead of overlooking it.

just ask for a turkey sandwich and they put bacon inside and I'm allergic to it then the person refuse to do so.. she want to take out the bacon and gave me to eat.. after ask her to make a new one without bacon she said no . I have to paid for it...

I had a disappointing experience at this subway a few days ago. The staff member named isha who served me did not greet me properly and came across as quite rude. It felt like I was being a bother rather than a valued customer. It’s unfortunate because this kind of behaviour really set a negative tone for my entire day. Good customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, that was missing.but the food was good , i would say that she needs to treat all the customers properly.
