I was very impressed when I came in with a long line in front of me but the staff were machines.
Very efficient in their movements, didn’t cheap out on the portion of veggies, meat and veggies tasted great, clean restaurant and overall one of the better subways I’ve been to.
My hats off to the manager, you’ve trained your staff well; you should operate more locations!

My time at this subway was electric there were 3 other people in the store looking satisfied as ever great atmosphere and my sandwich maker ramneek made me an A1 Italian bmt footlong on Italian herbs and cheese with a lettuce tomatoes cucumbers onions black olives pickles jalepenos chipotle southwest and ranch all while having a great conversation and he even had a beard net I mean just doesn’t get any better than that at subway will come back 10/10

Visited this location twice. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I have a severe Gluten Allergy and they ensured that they went above and beyond for me. Today I was helped by two ladies who were very polite and kind. The first time I visited the store I was served by a gentleman called Ramneek who was very friendly and knows how to make conversation with customers and do a great job at the same time. 5 stars and recognition to the great employees.

Food is good and staff is good. But there are a lot of flies and they just buzz around the counter with ingredients exposed. I do not see any staff caring for the flies and they just work like the flies are not there. I counted about 8-10 flies and lost my appetite right away. I would not come back again until efforts are made to improve the food sanitation.

I’ve visited this Subway location a few times, and unfortunately, I’ve consistently felt uncomfortable with the way I’ve been treated. The staff don’t appear welcoming — in fact, I often feel as though I’m being looked at as an inconvenience rather than a customer. On my recent visit after a long time, the experience was no different. I was met with cold expressions, unclear communication, and very little willingness to guide me through the menu.
As someone who regularly visits various places where the staff are polite, respectful, and helpful — it’s disheartening to see such a contrast here. Good customer service isn’t just about making a sandwich; it’s about how you make the customer feel. Especially for someone who may not be familiar with the full menu, a little patience and clear communication go a long way in creating a positive experience.
I hope the team here receives some feedback and training on customer interaction. A friendly attitude and respectful tone can make all the difference in encouraging customers to return.
