Very rude workers

All the worker working there are very rude. They just want to chat with each other while serving the customer. They dont care and pay attention to customer and when i addressed that the cashier (gagandeep) was very rude. They should improve their customer service.

Horrible experience here, went in to get my sandwich and it was pretty busy. As I was waiting I was watching the older lady make sandwiches and she wasn’t switching her gloves (whatever) my problem was that she proceeded to pick up her dirty hair right off the table where she was making the food then proceeded to grab my bread and ask what I wanted WITHOUT SWITCHING HER GLOVES!! Seriously I DO NOT care if you make sandwiches with the same gloves but when you pick up 6 hairs with gloves on and then try to make my sandwich that’s when I have a problem. I asked her nicely to please switch her gloves before making my sandwich, she then proceeded to roll her eyes and switch her gloves, the rest of the service from her was so cold and rude. Definitely wouldn’t recommend going to this location. They need a health inspector to go into this place.

I just went to subway ordered a veggie 6 inch sub toasted and the oven was beeping but no one get it after i asked old lady that please check if its hard because you did not remove it from the oven even it done she said no its not hard when i eat it bread become so hard and dry so please if we spend 8$ you should give us good food and proper cooked please give that aunty training

this is the worst subway in surrey...they never make it properly and when you complain they will just add you to blacklist and won't take the your order from next time. instead of improving..they are just being pathetic. stupid staff as well as their manager. only reason behind ordering from this place is location close my home. Never going to order agaim from them.

last night a woman who works there was so quick with my husband as he tried to order a simple sandwich, I don't know her name, but she was on schedule and at work on Tuesday March 10th at around 5-6pm, there were two employees and the taller one with the dark eyeliner around her eyes was the one he had dealt with, she was super loud almost yelling at him, I was there and it seemed so rude, it was rude, then when she was finishing the sandwich with only veggies and chipotle sauce, no cheese and no meat, she wipes the rest of the sauce on the top of the sandwich then wraps it up! who does that! nobody, we were getting it for a friend that is in the hospital right now! She needs to be trained on how to treat customers, how to apply the sauce to the INSIDE of the sandwich and to SLOW down too cause not everyone is in a hurry, I understand you are at work and want to be fast and efficient, but that energy was on a whole other level, she was fast, cold and super loud! she needs to be talked to. It upset me and my husband said immediately after we left that he was not impressed at all with the horrible service she had given him. We are paying you, and we would like better service!

I ordered a veggie powerbowl online using the subway app and opened the bowl once I was back at work. Please look at the quantity served. The bowl is almost half empty. No corn bean and salsa as mentioned in the ordered. Never exp this problem at any other subway.

Worst subway experience ever. A lady named jadey doesn’t know her job. The sandwich was overfilled with sauce and everything was falling out. I hope the feedback could help.

I really enjoyed the 2 Footlong Veggie sandwiches and the Veggie Wrap made by Hena. Everything was very fresh and full of flavor. The vegetables were crisp, the sauces and toppings were balanced, and every bite was really satisfying. You can tell that Hena puts a lot of care and attention into making the food. It was healthy, tasty, and made perfectly. Great job, Hena.

I had a disappointing experience at this Subway due to poor customer experience. The wrap wasn’t given with a sticker that enclosed the wrap. They did not even ask to make my meal a combo. Also, the lettuce and spinach was not fresh at all.

I visited Subway recently during the afternoon, and unfortunately my experience was not good. One of the staff members was not deal in good customer service skills. She did not prepare or wrap the sub properly—everything was falling out. When I politely asked her to fix it, she gave me unpleasant expressions instead of responding professionally.

please train their staff on proper customer service, food handling, and the importance of treating customers with respect and a smile.

TBH, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this store. The staff was rude and didn’t know how to serve customers properly. The food was poorly prepared, with very little stuffing and ingredients not added in the right way or quantity. It honestly felt like a waste of money. It seemed like they were reluctant to prepare the food properly, which really affected the overall quality. This store either needs better-trained staff or serious improvements in customer service and food preparation.

Terrible customer service so bad. If the owner is seeing this please change your staff their attitude is super bad 😞.I am a student and I don't want to tell my friend that the customer service is extremely poor please see for new people.
