I visited Subway recently during the afternoon, and unfortunately my experience was not good. One of the staff members was not deal in good customer service skills. She did not prepare or wrap the sub properly—everything was falling out. When I politely asked her to fix it, she gave me unpleasant expressions instead of responding professionally.
please train their staff on proper customer service, food handling, and the importance of treating customers with respect and a smile.

TBH, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this store. The staff was rude and didn’t know how to serve customers properly. The food was poorly prepared, with very little stuffing and ingredients not added in the right way or quantity. It honestly felt like a waste of money. It seemed like they were reluctant to prepare the food properly, which really affected the overall quality. This store either needs better-trained staff or serious improvements in customer service and food preparation.

Worst experience i ever had on subway there customer service is totally 0 and the way they make subways its worst the old lady doesn’t change her gloves she use same gloves for chicken and vegie sub they should learn how to behave with customers .

If i have the option to give 0 stars ,i would have done so.The staff was unprofessional,they need proper training how to serve food and communicate with the customers.Staff was showing unnecessary attitude when asked to grill the sub.Also,was very rude while preparing food.The whole team was starring at me when i was asking the lady to grill,seems like i did something wrong.Even,the tables were dirty,when asked to clean ,staff again starting looking at me .It was not just me ,I noticed the customers after me were treated the same pathetic way

Yesterday, my friends and I went to try Veggie Footlog Since we’re used to getting extra veggies in our Subway sandwiches, we asked for extra veggies on this item too. We were unaware that there’s an extra charge for that.
Instead of politely informing us, the staff member named Sandy responded quite rudely in Punjabi, saying, “If you want more veggies, you have to pay extra or leave.” We had no problem paying extra—we just didn’t know about the policy. It was her tone and attitude that was really upsetting.
The whole atmosphere of the store was unprofessional, they were talking loudly and laughing.

Server Kamal had very strange attitude. No greeting or smile. Didn't even asked to make my meal a combo. After came in white womens and suddenly very polite and positive attitude. Felt very much not welcomed in the location and 0 customer service for asian people. As we study near by we came in almost every other day. First time felt like we are just wasting money and time here with such a low level of customer service.

Lady that works here has no clue what she’s doing does not follow subways serving sizes had to to ask 3 times for the standard two full scoops of steak and extra of all toppings I got because she repeatedly went very very light

I went here just today, I especially noticed an employee name and the she was Hina who prepared a subway for me though it was tasty but really what matters the most is her worst customer service and unfortunately she was behaving very frustrated at all as I was ordering more and more things to add on. She was so rude. I never expected that.
