This Subway location is fairly busy for it is right by the hospital. They don’t have a lot of seating space available and it doesn’t get cleaned often for the staff members are all always busy making sub sandwiches. I came in with a stroller and there wasn’t a lot walking space available for others to go around.

We have ordered the subway and the main lady over there is tooo much rude she don’t greet softly as welll they have made an wrong order and when we reached to them about that concern and she put all the blame on us ???? R u serious we are not working there !!! THEY DO NOT KNOW THE MENAING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE .

Me my mom came to eat yesterday at 5:35 the woman that was working there had an attitude with my mom for no reason got her order wrong on purpose Told my mum that she was annoying her They made fun of her because she had a rash on her face Rolled her eyes at her And just completely disrespectful I would really to get this dealt with this is not how you all should treat customers but yet this lady was nice to other customers and thank them but my mom got an attitude from her for no reason

This place is getting really bad service, lunch time 3 ladies (2 young, 1 middle age) one was doing cashier and some online, the other one was in the stock room, the middle age woman looks so unhappy, she decide to do garbage than help customers, today i tried the churro (tasted weird or burn) prerzel was salty and burn on the button and very hard. I forgot why i dont go there at lunch terrible service.

Absolutely atrocious service.
I’m usually a regular, and every time it’s always been just subpar service. Today, it was a different level of disrespectful service. I had gone in during my break from work and patiently waited as the individual in front of me completed their order. In between the completion of this individual’s order, mine had been initiated. So my bread is currently sitting on the counter with a couple slices of cheese on it. Then the subway employee goes back to the initial order as per usual, which was fine. It was when a group of students walked in and as the employee completed the individual’s order the service became absolutely disrespectful.
She prioritized serving the new customers that walked in, instead of continuing with my sandwich which she had already initiated. She took payment and all from the before returning back to my order which then she proceeded to skimp out on with the meat. When brought to the attention of what she did and at least providing a little more meat for the inconvenience, I was met with an argument. An utterly disappointing display of customer service by this Subway.

Why they are wearing bracelet supposed to be not the staff supposed to know the food safe protocol . Food is good but the proper handling of food should to be know by the staff.

The lady here is so rude. I asked her to change her gloves because (I am a vegan and also allergic to certain meats) I saw her handling meat for the customer in front of me. She got angry on that which was quite evident from the way she started talking to me and the way she made my order. The order was so poorly packed, all veggies and sauces coming out and allAnd this happened multiple times so I had to write a review and they surely lost a customer forever
