Tried Subway for the first time at Store 88 and I absolutely loved it! The food was fresh and really tasty. What made my experience even better was the amazing night staff — they were so polite, respectful, and welcoming.
A special thanks to Gurleen and Deepika for their great service and friendly attitude. They made my first visit memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back again! 😊

I visited this Subway around 10 PM yesterday and ordered two veggie patty subs. The staff member was unprofessional and not accommodating. I requested the knife be washed as I am vegan, but she dismissed the request. I also asked for extra ketchup, which was not added. Overall, a disappointing experience.

I’ve visited this Subway location a couple of times but both experiences were disappointing. Few weeks ago I visited around 9 pm, the girl working there was rude and seemed uninterested in taking my order. She even refused to give napkins when they weren’t available at the condiments station.
I visited again today hoping for a better experience, but the staff was again unhelpful, did not greet us, and spoke very rudely when I asked for a chocolate cookie, even though one was clearly visible and she replied to us that it was something mini cookie. The interaction made me and my friend feel uncomfortable and embarrassed in front of others. Hope Manager will have look on the staff and told them to be polite and provide better customer service.

Before ordering they asked me to pay. Probably thought I couldn't afford it. I paid then they didnt have what I've ordered. Fountian drinks tasted funky seemed expired. Family of 6 had every think to go. Came home called and totally unprofessional. Asked to talk to manager and they no manager hes at home.

I had a great experience tonight in this location. Anmol helped me tonight and I had a great experience from her. She was very kind, very helpful, and made my night very easy. I had no difficulties communicating with her and she was always asking constant questions to ensure that our meals were properly prepared. Thank you so much Anmol for making our experience tonight very enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back again!

Such a worst experience i ever had here firstly the lady who is working at front was not listening to costumer she was continuously doing her cleaning we were standing there for 10 min then she didn’t put sauce in proper amount and giving us attitude i don’t know for what thing we are paying for our food not free then she didn’t grill my sandwich i want my money back connect me or i will go to head office

I’m very disappointed with the service. I received three wrong footlongs and one incorrect 6-inch sandwich. I spoke with Kashmir, Anmol, and Kashish, who mentioned they would speak to the manager and call me back, but I never received any follow-up. This was really frustrating and unprofessional.
I would have given zero stars if that were possible, as this experience was far below expectations.

There is an East Indian male employee at this Subway with longer hair (I didn’t catch his name). He deserves recognition for his excellent customer service. He treats every customer with genuine respect and patience, and he makes my sub perfectly every time.

I’ve always enjoyed Subway’s rice bowls and frequently visit different locations without issue, but my experience at this one on Sunday, July 20th, was incredibly disappointing.
The sales associate on shift made me wait unnecessarily long for my order, and to make matters worse, she didn’t inform me until the very end that they were out of spoons and forks. When I asked for an alternative, she directed me to nearby Osmows or Dollarama, but I was still charged the full price for my order.
I was already running late for work, and I had to make an extra trip to Dollarama just to get forks. This is not only poor customer service but also a major inconvenience, especially when you’re paying for a full meal.
I’ve always had great experiences at other locations, so I was shocked by how this one handled things. I hope they can improve their communication and customer service in the future.
