I’ve always enjoyed Subway’s rice bowls and frequently visit different locations without issue, but my experience at this one on Sunday, July 20th, was incredibly disappointing.
The sales associate on shift made me wait unnecessarily long for my order, and to make matters worse, she didn’t inform me until the very end that they were out of spoons and forks. When I asked for an alternative, she directed me to nearby Osmows or Dollarama, but I was still charged the full price for my order.
I was already running late for work, and I had to make an extra trip to Dollarama just to get forks. This is not only poor customer service but also a major inconvenience, especially when you’re paying for a full meal.
I’ve always had great experiences at other locations, so I was shocked by how this one handled things. I hope they can improve their communication and customer service in the future.

Hiii I went to this subway for gluten free sandwich. There was not any smile on her face and she was replying very rudely. She did not let us think about ingredients to add. Moreover, I ask for gluten free sauce then she started laughing at me and said are there any gluten free sauces ? We take the order and sit . She was constantly poking us . She was saying loudly with her crew members are there any gluten free sauces hahahahaha , like this. Me and my friend feel embarrassed so much . I don't know to which direction, the services are going of subway. They should pay attention towards their employees , should teach them how to behave with customers. When we were quiting, she said if you know gluten free sauces in future then let us know too and started laughing. Is there fare ? What rubbish behavior they had done ?

We buy one normal sandwich and one gluten free the girl that 8s making our order very rude and when we I am giving instructions she is rudely reply us very rude behavior I never face this type of behavior at any place I am ordering 2nd time at subway I am allergic to gluten so I not not know much about anything so I ask for gluten free sauce she no gluten free sauce here if you know one let me know know and ask me if you later find any gluten free sauce then come here and let us know later I search on Google gluten free sauce at subway I find 5 or 6 gluten free sauce so please if they not know not she can politely say I not know but she is laughing at me very bad behavior and very had service customer service is 0.
