I am really disappointed with my recent shopping experience with this store. I have been a loyal customer for years, buying fresh sockeye annually from here. I stopped by the other day to buy a whole sockeye, and asked the lady to hold it for me as I was on my way to Dr. Appointment, and didn't want it sitting in a hot car. I ended up having to go for x-rays, which delayed my return back to store. I called the store and told them my problem, and another lady said not to worry, she would put my salmon in the cooler for me to pick up today. When I called the store today to confirm I was on my way to pick up my salmon, the original lady said they were sold out now! I told her they were supposed to have held my fish for me, but she claimed she figured, I didn't want it. I was so upset as I was planning on having this for dinner tonight with friends. Not cool! Terrible customer service for a long time customer!

We finally stopped by this place. Will go back to try out more yummy stuff. We had the pleasure of speaking with Steve—what an awesome listener and friendly person. Teriyaki Salmon Jerky was what we bought after tasting the original. (Czer & Xena approved)

My son brought some maple smoked salmon jerky to me .. I Ontario.. So so bad...I took a bite and had to spit it out.. Even the dog spit it out..Sounds ( from the reviews ) like the fresh fish is very good.. But NOT the jerky ..

Best seafood in townI loved the shrimp and smoked salmon I got frozen.I also got fresh sockeye fillets but I dont think they always have those. That day was a treat
