The worst experience with customer service I ever had. The lady at the counter is so rude and arrogant. Went there to pick up my order and she didn’t even bother what people there are standing for. All she did was just kept on gossiping and making me wait for my order that was already prepared and sitting next to her. Would never recommend them.

Very poor customer service ?? and all sweets only have too much sugar. I ordered a khyoa barfi from them and when I ask for return they refuse me????

I had guests over and so I ordered chicken korma and naans. Out of my guests one kid found a piece of plastic in the chicken korma. Thankfully he saw it before he bit into it. I called surrey Punjab dhaba to let them know and the girl there said she will call back in five mins and she never called back. Worst customer service experience ever.

Ordered Channa Bhatura for lunch & it was disgusting. The Bhaturay felt wet cause they were drowned in oil, the channa masala was so bland and basic. I would never order here and do not recommend it at all.
