Arrived for a DoorDash pickup. The order was clearly ready, yet I was completely ignored by multiple staff members for a full 7-8 minutes while standing at the counter. Time is money for drivers; this extreme lack of acknowledgment and inefficiency is disrespectful and unacceptable.

I ordered from them using Uber Eats a few times and was very happy with the quality of their fish. I decided to dine in for once and was very pleased with the experience! This is my go-to place for sushi in Surrey now.
The restaurant is very clean and well decorated. Tables are large and well spaced apart. Service is very quick and friendly. My favorite thing is they have tablets at each table you can use to order and it shows you your total bill before ordering so there's no surprises. You can even use it to request more napkins, chopsticks, and even the bill.
The food presentation was excellent. Everything was very fresh and tasty. The prices are on the reasonable side considering today's economy.

Tried Sushi and Roll for the first time and decided to get takeout, and it did not disappoint! I ordered the veggie roll, gyoza, and kappa roll, and everything was super fresh and tasty. The gyoza were nice and crispy, and the rolls were packed with flavor. Even for takeout, everything was well-packed and still warm. Definitely ordering from here again! 🍣😋

I ordered UBER EATS, 3 items. Crazy Rabbit Tuna Sashimi 9 pieces Aburi Tobiko Roll
I have ordered from this restaurant before and never had a issue. Today, however, my TUNA Sashimi looked odd in color. The texture also felt more softer than normal, and it was not cold at ALL. I thought at first it was odd, however, the more ate the more it did not seem right. I flipped the pieces over to see each piece and noticed most of the pieces had this shiny green tint you can see when you looked at it in the light... which I NEVER see tuna do before.... immediately I through out the rest of the remaining pieces which was more than half of the tuna sashimi order.....
Luckily the other sushi tasted fresh .
I PRAY that I do not get sick because of poorly store sashimi... I am unsure if their freeze was broken, or if the chef did not handle the raw fish properly...
Very nice restaurant with nice atmosphere. The orders are made through a digital menu and delivered by a waitress (usually they're very quick on preparing and serving the food). I tried many different rolls with ky wife and we enjoyed most of them. Only gave 4 stars to food because they could have more options, but in general they're great.

I went to this restaurant for years, but had 2 strange experiences recently that made me not want to return.
First, my girlfriend and I ate inside the restaurant and the food was good other than the fact that we found a hair inside one of the dishes. I didn’t ask for any compensation of any kind, and just politely let the manager know about it so that they would be more careful, he firmly said “NOT FROM US” which seemed rude and insane since the hair was literally baked into something and was pulled out from inside the food.
Second, we ordered delivery one time recently and the salmon oshi tasted like cleaning products. This is the last time I’ll be returning.

Food is always fantastic. It's been a couple years since I've been and they have a new ordering system which threw me off a bit but it was easily understandable. The food came out unbelievably fast but we did show up at 7PM so it wasn't during the dinner rush. Would recommend anyone go here and will definitely be coming back.
