Ordered a takeout, came in a lot earlier than the time I was told, and clearly the it was not ready. Since I had time, I asked if I could eat in instead, and they said 'no you just have to take what we give you' ????????? What does that even mean? It was not even packed.

My wife and friends went last Friday and ended up having migraines due a bleach spraying used while cleaning tables. Yes, one guy sprayed bleach in the table right beside them. Please spray the rug instead That’s really harmful

Sushi California is our go-to place for takeout sushi, though we usually order from the North Road location. I could only give 4 stars this time because the salmon maki, which usually is made with strips of salmon, was made with minced/mushy salmon and was very bland. It’s the first time I’ve received it this way and it was disappointing. Hopefully it was a one-off?? The avocado roll was also disappointing as the ratio of rice to avocado was way off (note that the avocado was still green unlike; photo was taken later once it oxidized a bit). The rest of their food was good, as always. Generous portions of sashimi.

My coworker and I went there to celebrate our birthdays together, and it was also the first time dining there for some of my other coworkers. When the lady took our order, she didn't repeat it back to us. After we received our food and started eating, we were having a good conversation, and then my coworker suddenly remembered that her iced tea was never served. We called the lady over, and she told us that the iced tea wasn't ordered - but all of us clearly heard my coworker order it along with her meal. They eventually brought her the iced tea but still charged her for it. In this situation, they should have compensated the drink. It wasn't my coworker's fault; we were simply enjoying our conversation. The lady should have repeated our order back to make sure everything was correct. They should have given her the iced tea for free.

The service was very rude and bad , they didn’t let us in because we had baby stroller it is just disrespectful because it was new baby never come back again 😡😡😡😡

However, that is not the case and when we tried to pick it up it wasn’t at Sushi California because both the websites looks the same. Please work on your app because it only says Vancouver and not for Langley or Surrey Location.
