Sushi California is our go-to place for takeout sushi, though we usually order from the North Road location. I could only give 4 stars this time because the salmon maki, which usually is made with strips of salmon, was made with minced/mushy salmon and was very bland. Sushi California needs to do something about this because when I searched them up this is the first option I saw and thought it was them. However, that is not the case and when we tried to pick it up it wasn’t at Sushi California because both the websites looks the same. Please work on your app because it only says Vancouver and not for Langley or Surrey Location.
This place is wonderful! Quality of the food is great, the staff are amazing. I have sesame seed allergy and server Donna made extra efforts to make sure food was safe and made substitutions. Thanks so much! Very good value and price was good
