Decided to try the place as there was a deal on Skip for $5 for a bento box. Hard to conplain for $5 these days!
Teriyaki was a bit sweet and no soy sauce was included however I enjoyed it.

I have tried the beef teriyaki and chicken teriyaki rice bowls and the beef yakisoba noodles. All tasted great and the portions were big. I would say the chicken teriyaki rice bowl is my favorite. They have specials everyday of the week so look out for those.
Update June 2024: not sure what happened but my last few experiences with the food haven't been the greatest. The portions are still big but the taste has changed. Not sure if they switched something. Updated my original rating.

I just ordered from uber eats and got the same thing ive ordered once before (dynamite rolls and nigiri) and decided to add some smoked salmon nigiri as well. The last time I ordered it was fine, good for a takeout sushi, so i expected similar, but the smoked salmon was dark grey (on top and fully on the bottom) and smelt very, very strongly of bleach. So strong I actually couldn't keep it open, I took a picture and closed it right up. I called the restaurant out of concern and they told me this was normal, smell and all. I love smoked salmon and have had it in the past, never have I encountered this, a little spot of grey wont scare me but this + the insane bleach smell, the tuna nigiri was dry and oily and the ginger was equally dry and starting to turn orange from its normal light beige colour. I'm not really sure what to say, I did try to explain over the phone but was shut down multiple times and told it was fine to eat, and my nose, the internet and my family think otherwise. Kind of disappointed and disgusted but I guess i cant expect too much from a takeout sushi restaurant unfortunately, just be cautious when ordering from here.

I've been ordering here since they opened, it is always consistently great barring maybe one week where I'm positive they had new hires and had to train them (happens in restaraunts)
The hand rolls are my go to, the Cali hand-roll with some unagi sauce in it is amazing. The Salmon Sashimi is always amazing fresh and cut well, also pretty cost efficient compared to some sushi places
I recommend the Inari pockets. You won't get these at many sushi places, I always get 2-3 of these and then a hand-roll or 2 for myself. Always hits the spot
If all goes wrong and you don't like the pockets or handrolls, they have an amazing selection of sushi rolls and nigiris (like even hamachi yellow tail which I only see at quality sushi restaurants). The Deviled Avocado is also something you won't get anywhere else and is a delicacy
All in all, great place to order from. The dining area is pretty small and the parking I usually park downstairs in the Save-On parking lot. It's great go-to to pick up before you do some grocery shopping.

Honestly, we ordered off Doordash and it tasted very stale, the spicy tuna tasted very fishy which normally means it isn't fresh. The customer service is great but the food isn't the best
The customer service representative person was so nice that you want visit there again and again.
The atmosphere is very nice and cozy. The food I found good however I have been to other places with more delicious foods.
