One of the best hidden gems in the city! Located in a small plaza in a nice residential neighborhood, it's way off the main track, though easily accessible off the highway.
This Korean run operation makes incredible sushi, offers real fresh sashimi, especially their toro melts in your mouth.
Salmon Bomb is definitely their signature and many specialty mega rolls.
Minimalist interior decor, so they do take pride in appearances! Not an overly big restaurant so not more than 30 seats.

I ordered spicy salmon salad. It tasted amazing ,but it would be better if there were more salmon in it

Great people, great sushi. It can be a bit pricy, but quality is most important. Try the Toro (tuna belly). It’s simply killer.

I would like to review Zion Japanese restaurant in Fraser Heights in Surrey. We ordered a stone pot Bibimbap and Roll and Sashimi combo (lunch special).
Food: Both of Bibimbap and Sashimi combo were delicious. However, the tuna sashimi was frozen. We notified the server who said they failed to defrost the tuna in time and replaced with a different cut of tuna.
The portions were too small. We are not big eaters at all but left feeling only half full.
Service: Server came twice to see if we needed any service. I would rate them 8/10.
Overall: The food was actually very delious. However, the portion of the food was too small for the price. After spending $45 (including tips) we wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

The sushi is fantastic - beginning from the light and airy rice, to the freshness of the fish. The staff are friendly, and the interior is clean and contemporary.

Accidentally found this place. Haven’t eaten a good zaru soba 👍. Dinner set was a good value. Chirashi was fresh!
Super fresh sushi! Really tasty bulgogi! Portions are great size for the price. A lot of seared or torched options on the menu which we tend to avoid but overall it was really great!
Just moved to the area and stoked to find a good, fresh sushi place. I tried sushi unami first and it was awful! We ate sushi zion last night and everything was fresh and full of flavor. I was sad when the beef from my dinner box was gone!
Asked for take in. Paid. Sat down and was waiting for my meal. The waitress comes up to me with my food and then I proceed to take it out becaude I was going to start eating. She then comes up to me when I was sitting and says we don't allow take out orders to sit and eat their food here. I did mention I wanted to est here but ended uo packing everything up and eating in my car instead. Food was great, but it was very disheartening to be asked to leave. I also tipped on my order too so that made it even worse.
Man, what a fantastic, FANTASTIC, place! No joke! Amazing food, clean restaurant, and friendly service. We had a bowl and 2 rolls. Totally affordable. I can't say enough about this place!
