We ordered our wedding cake from Sweet Avenue Bakery and couldn't be happier! We requested a three-tier cake with a different flavor for each tier, and they perfectly replicated our inspiration photo. Not only was the design spot on, but the cake itself was incredibly moist and flavorful. The salted caramel chocolate was a standout—absolutely delicious! The entire experience, from their professionalism to the quality of service, was outstanding. We'll definitely be ordering from them again for future events!

Communication was extremely poor — the baker only responds via text and takes days to reply. What should have been a simple 10-minute discussion dragged out over an entire week.
When we received the cake, it was visibly lopsided, which really showed in photos. I raised the issue, but instead of taking responsibility, the baker blamed my friends who picked it up, even though they hadn’t had a proper chance to inspect it at the time. A video taken at pickup clearly shows the cake was already uneven.
There was no apology or accountability, and overall the service was unprofessional.
[Edit]: My friends were never advised on how to transport the cake. When mentioned about the lopsided cake the response was leaning more towards blaming it on the customer. When paying $300 + for a cake and it turns out evidently lopsided it is dissapointing. The least I can expect from a business owner is to be understanding and accepting their mistake. Adding a screenshot of the video taken before picking up the cake. Shows the cake was lopsided even before the pick up.
