The food is good. But the staff don't provide good service and don't practice proper hygiene. They use the same gloves they count money with at the cash register to prepare the food without changing them.

Very slow, the food you receive doesn’t look appetizing at all. It’s very messy and some things missing from combos.
As for service, I’m very shock by one of the workers who continues to give attitude to customers and roll her eyes. Extremely rude and impatient. Ignored us when we were trying to ask if the payment went through because the machine wasn’t working that well. Every time that we have come here, she has shown no respect and given attitude every single time.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I usually go through drive thru but there was a big line today so I went inside and that was a big mistake. I ordered online for the first time and my order was expected to be ready at 8:05. I get there right on time and it took them 15 minutes to get service with 2 people ahead of me. I tell her I have a pick up order and she tells me 2-3 minutes, meanwhile it takes another 15 minutes. Why? because the pick up orders aren’t actually ready at the pick up time. Even the delivery orders were being made when the drivers got there. They make you wait when you get there, which ruins the whole point of “quick pick up” which they have advertised in their store. Also, I ordered 2 burritos and 1 tacos, which should not take that long to make. Definitely not going back here which is unfortunate because I grew up going here.

This was one of the worst Taco Bell experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito, only to receive something barely the size of my palm. For the price, I expected a decent portion—especially since I asked (and paid) for double steak, which was completely missing. Either the wrong tortilla was used, or they just skimped on the ingredients, but the end result was extremely disappointing.

The chalupa was another letdown—it wasn’t even deep-fried, which is supposed to be what makes a chalupa special in the first place. On top of that, the lack of fries in the order was frustrating. For nearly $30 between my wife’s value meal and my combo, the quality and quantity were nowhere near worth it. Experiences like this are exactly why I’ve given up on fast food.

To make matters worse, the staff didn’t inspire any confidence. While wearing gloves, they were still touching each other’s backs, which defeats the whole point of food safety standards. Gloves are meant to protect the food, not be used as an excuse for careless handling.

And when I called the store afterward to bring up these issues, nobody even answered the phone. It’s bad enough the food was terrible, but the complete lack of customer service made it even worse.

Overall, overpriced, poorly prepared, unhygienic, and impossible to reach. Easily one of the worst Taco Bells I’ve ever visited.
