Absolutely terrible experience at this KFC. I stood there for nearly 15 minutes and not a single staff member acknowledged me—no greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. It felt like I was invisible. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than actually helping customers. This is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. If I wanted to be ignored and disrespected, I would’ve stayed home. KFC really needs to fix their service standards at this location. Not coming back.

Chili cheese burritos have gone down hill.. so small for paying $18 for 4 burritos.. I find it's hit and miss with the service but lately it's been bad in regards to the size of burritos unfortunately. I go to cloverdale taco bell for better quality and service because when you stand at the counter for 3 to 5 minutes without any worker saying anything to you in the first minute is not good service. I get you guys are busy but it takes a second to say we will be with you in five to ten minutes

This location urgently needs to improve its staff training and attention to detail. I placed an order through Uber Eats with 8 sides of sour cream and 1 side of nacho cheese, all paid for and none of them were included. How am I supposed to eat a quesadilla without any of the sides I ordered? This isn't the first time items I've paid for have been missing. It's unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on the staff and management at this location. This place honestly desrrves to go out of buisness because clearly nothing chnages as you can see from the other reviews

The customer service was exceptionally poor, characterized by extremely slow service. There was a significant wait time for the order to be delivered. Additionally, the staff lacked warmth; they did not smile and would benefit from customer service training.

This taco Bell place is the worst. I got it my food delivered to me and it came on time. My fries was dry and cold, my Dorito taco was supposed to be crunchy and It was soft and I found a tomato inside my taco even though I said I was allergic to it and the supreme crunch wrap was not even crunchy. It was so soft like it was so soggy I would not Buy tacos from Taco Bell ever again and I never had Taco Bell before and I’m never having it ever again and I promise myself that. And I also ordered a Baja blast and I got Sprite instead of the drink that I ordered. I wasted about $36 on Taco Bell to get this type of experience never again

They gave the whole order wrong and gave beef based tacos instead of bean based. Luckily i have an habit of opening the taco before eating to ensure it is all vegetarian. I had to throw everything away and am highly disappointed with the staff's inconsistency

Worst experience ever for me and my kids, as it was our first time to come and try Taco Bell, the person who’s taking orders didn’t give us time at all to make a good order was fast and not respectful at all, washroom smell really really bad. I hate this experience at this location.

First time coming here was in the neighborhood. I thought the place looked a bit run down, needs a refresh look and some maintenance. I thought the dine in area needed some attention. There is a drive through here that is busy, seen a lot of cars go by. Maybe the configuration of the place can be a bit better, the soft drink machine was oddly placed wasn't sure if I was suppose to help myself or not. You don't see that many dual combo places like this, a KFC and Taco bell together. Good location.
They were busy, rushed us out of the drive thru before we could check our order. Made it home realized they forgot my boyfriend's drink n box. My boyfriend had to go back which he was met with them not believing him, but he then showed pictures to manager and they remade his order which they again got incorrect.. I don't know who does your hiring but y'all need some English speaking employees so they can get orders right and stop wasting food and money from the restaurant by their mistakes. Cause it really is the language barrier for me.
Very poor service, 30+ minute wait for a simple taco meal. orders were wrong as well.

Apparently this multicoloured mystery chicken is the standard. A lot of the lettuce was rotten and they just kept saying they don’t believe us lol.
