TacoTime Leduc left ingredients out of our order and TacoTime Canada stated to me that the food was prepared within their guidelines.. My quesadilla had meat and green onions and that was all, is that a quesadilla? TacoTime Canada says it is. They didn’t care that I wasted my money on two items that were not prepared correctly.

During a recent visit to this South Surrey Taco Time some disappointment was experienced. Some burritos were purchased, along with several other items, & the burritos were bland & lacking authentic Mexican taste. Mexican food is just about never bland, therefore this Taco Time is doing something wrong. There is a defenite need for improvement regarding the burritos. The service could have been a bit better because of having to wait when it came to providing the condiments that were requested. This restaurant could do a better service to Mexican food & defenitely the burritos, even at the fast food level.
Ordered 4 tacos today September 5th 2025 5pm. Not busy in the store. Hard taco shells were totally stale and chewy. Made all 4 tacos totally inedible. Total waste of $20

Tipped the people who served food from the counter (I bought 2 burritos, 1 taco, and a large mexi fries) and she still only have me two small containers of hot sauce it was only one at first but I asked for extra and got one more... So total of two sauces for 4 items? Very disappointed. Why bother tipping people at the counter, please explain? You served me food standing at a counter and didn't do anything for the tip but will not allow me to have more than two tiny hot sauce containers with my 4 items. This made my dry burrito less enjoyable and my experience disappointing.

Hi came in no one was in restaurant and employee was cleaning a table she went to the counter and the guy behind sent her back to clean table she was very nice we stood there for about 4- 6 minutes and the guy ignored us and kept mopping the floor in the kitchen very bad experience wont every come back
