Complaint Today I decided to eat at the Take Five Cafe located on 104 Ave. I ordered a cranberry chicken panini and a coffee. When the food arrived, I took one bite of the sandwich and it tasted like tuna. I brought it back to the cashier and explained the issue, asking if I could get a refund or exchange it for something else. The cashier told me that I would have to pay for a replacement panini and that they could not refund my money. Another staff member then came over, and after I explained the situation again, she also said they couldn’t refund it because I had taken a bite. They ended up calling the owner, who argued with me as well and said it was their policy. What upset me most was that they claimed they would “take full responsibility” for the situation and my health concern, yet still refused to refund or replace the sandwich. This was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. They completely dismissed my concern and left me paying $17+ for food I couldn’t eat. I just want to share this so other customers are aware and don’t have to go through the same situation I did. I will never return to this café.

Me and my husband stopped by for a quick bite — we had a mocha and an iced latte, plus a sandwich and a wrap. Everything was really tasty and fresh. The barista was super friendly too!

This café’s caramel macchiato is always a delight. A perfectly balanced, rich, and just sweet enough. The espresso, milk, and caramel blend beautifully, and the drizzle on top is the perfect finish. A must-try! Will keep coming back. ☕💛

Asked for more salsa and they said I dont know, I will just do it just this time. Well, just for your information, the previous owners had a much bigger container for their salsa than you guys do now, and the staff were so warm, inviting and not cheap. At $10 a wrap, I think you can spare a little bit of salsa.
