Terrible, the servers can barely understand basic english and when we told her what we wanted she looked at us like we were idiots. She got both of our orders wrong and couldn't even ask us if the food was okay. Spring rolls were dry and chicken was bland, won't be coming back

Pho with raw beef and noodle was very exceptional! Beef was of a better quality and tenderness then the places I typically go in Vancouver. A little more expensive then the city but worth it!

Huge portions (double what I could eat in one sitting). Reasonable prices given the amount of food. Good service and friendly workers. Cute but low-key decor/ambience. Very comfortable. Large selection of food available/large menu.

Great authentic quality of foods I've ever seen. Especially the special noodles in soup. I can't recall the exact name. Also another "Hu tiếu "noodles in soup, highly recommend.Great service staffs. I'd definitely come back in the near future for sure.

Arrived at an empty facility during a snowy day. Me and my party decided to try pho. Customer service has been lacking from two out of three staff members, almost as though they did not want to be there. No. Ambiance no TV turned on.The meal was pretty good up until we noticed a critter walking on the wall that is a cockroach. We All lost our appetite after seeing the cockroach and we still paid for our entire meal despite their food and safety regulation breach.I just hope that we don't get infested at our home because of this experience.
