The buns there taste very good and I always go there because of their tasty buns. However, you need to be careful when you pay. I noticed recently the lady works there always overcharges you a buck or two. When I pointed out, she gave the same excuse saying that she forgot to clear the last items.

Bought 3 sandwiches for $2.69 each, when paying, the store owner charged me $10.56 (no bag fee or any additional fees). When confronted, she claims she forgot to clear a previous transaction of $1.39, which is clearly bogus as the math doesn’t add up. This is not the first time the store owner tries to overcharge me! She gave the same excuse the previous time too!

Make sure you know the price of what you’re buying and make sure to check how much she charges.

Other than that, the bakery items and the sandwiches are pretty good.

Came here to try it for the first time but they weren’t open after the posted open-time. No one inside, and nobody answering the phone. Disappointing first attempt.

Best Chines bakery in the Vancouver area, better than what's in China Town. The red bean bun was so fluffy and moist, and I loved the rice pastry. Very talented bakers here. Everything was fresh and delicious.

The freshest, most delicious, and the lightest cakes ever. Also, the service is great.

Hidden gem mom and pop chinese bakery in Guildford. Extremely fairly priced. Egg tarts were delicious and gelatin free for anyone who also stays away from gelatin. Instead of the neighbouring T&T bakery I challenge folks to try this place out!

20 minutes ago bought 6 loaves for $1.8 each, 1 red bean matcha for $3.8 each, 3 puddings for $2.8 each, 1 Boston pie for $20
Total charged debit card $51.65
The actual calculation at home is repeated twice, plus 5% tax, for a total of $45.15.
I thought six items were tax-free for $43
I ended up paying $51.65
boss! Can I get the difference back?
