Really good pulled pork but brisket was not as good as I had hoped. The cornbread was very small portions. The beans were good but not great. Nice staff. Most of the food I tried could have used a little bite and definitely some more Smoky flavor. Out of pork ribs and beef ribs. Not cheap so I expect a lot.

3 stars feels a bit generous.
BBQ beef rib was decent sized but very dry.
Brisket was less dry but still not as moist as I'd hope. No flex to it. Smoke ring and flavor was good, felt rushed for the smoking or maybe didn't sit long enough.
Pulled pork has a strange amount of garlic taste, but overall decent.
Sausage was outstanding, hard to mess this up.
Slaw was fresh and good.
No sauce included. No slices of white bread. Did have decent pickles, peppers and onions on the side.
Cornbread was a massive rip off. Super dinky in size. I had a kids juice box to show how small it was.
Felt over priced for this quality

The beef brisket was absolutely amazing — tender, flavorful, and perfectly smoked. Pricing is very reasonable for the quality. It would be nice if the order came with some sides, but the food is so good it’s worth coming back for more. As it’s a food truck, seating is on outdoor benches, which adds to the casual BBQ vibe. I’ll definitely be returning!

Placed a larger order to secure space on the smoker. The meat was tender and delicious and the cornbread was yummy too! Everything was ready for us at pick-up and they even helped carry the food to our car. Some of the best BBQ north of the border for sure.

Are you kidding me? I’ve been past this place so many times over the years and never stopped in and I did myself a disservice. The food is incredible. The service is amazing. The people that work there were so kind. I remember one person‘s name is Madison and I forget the other woman’s name who were very patient with us. I went to Potters to get some plants and could smell the smoked meat and I couldn’t help myself I had the lioness which was really good if you like slaw and pickles my husband had the cheese steak, which I think I’ll get next time because it was the bomb. Oh and the pricing is totally reasonable. Can’t wait to come back!

To be honest, at this location the food was not great at all. I ordered the brisket, burnt ends, sausage, and the tex mex, with the mac and cheese side. The mac and cheese was honestly soo good, wasnt dry or chalky. It was saucy, cheesy and warm. The rest of the food not so much. The meats were cold and super dry. Dont get me wrong texas smoke bbq is really good, ive eaten at every other location its just this one disappointed. Burnt ends were super dry and small pieces, brisket super dry, tex mex dry, sausage not bad. Had to add BBQ sauce to everything because it was so dry and flavourless. I moved here to beautiful british columbia from texas in 14' always on the search for the best bbq that reminded me of home. Still have not found thee one. Photos attached.
