This was my first time having Thia express.... I ordered the pad thai with chicken. The chicken was disgusting, I dont even know if it was chicken. It was rubber and had a very odd texture, i strongly do not recommend the chicken. The pad thai was very mediocre, would i go here again... no there are better choices in the food court. Thai is one of my favorite foods too so this was very disappointing.

We visited Guildford Mall yesterday around 7:30 PM and decided to eat at your Thai food location.
We ordered one bowl with chicken, Pad Thai with chicken, mango salad, and coconut water. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.
The mango salad consisted only of green lettuce and two small pieces of mango—it was not a Thai salad at all. Additionally, both meals had very little meat. The Pad Thai also tasted off, so I approached a staff member to let her know. Instead of addressing the issue politely, she began yelling at me in front of other customers, which was extremely embarrassing. She was an older lady and displayed no customer service skills. I told off and went back and never ate.
We spent over $40 and left feeling upset and humiliated. I am requesting a full refund for this unpleasant experience and this lady should be taught customer service skills.

Not a bad lunch for under $20 including a drink. I had the Pad Thai and it was very basic but a full plate of it. I'd suggest maybe adding peanuts maybe ? Also it said there was tofu in it.... 1 piece that I noticed. Lady at the till seemed grouchy and annoyed. No smile and snappy questions even tho I was the only customer with no line.
Cheer up, add a little care and pizzazz to your food and watch your ratings go up.

Miserable old lady working here ruined my experience. I usually love Thai express - never going back to this location though. I’ll come back to Thai express in Langley - willowbrook. Much friendlier people. Food was good as always.
First time I ordered from them and it will be the last time. I ordered Tom Yum soup with shrimp. It tastes like the on shelve noodles cup. It is very light and doesn’t have Tom Yum traditional flavour. They may good in different dishes but I for sure will try them again.

Hey. Thai Express.I have been regular customer to Burnaby locTion. Never had an issue. Now I am at Guildford. But paying more to get one empty paper plate seems rude. I cannot eat on serving plate. Now I need extra napkin. I am afraid to ask one.

pretty disappointed. ordered through door dash.ordered 2 general pad Thai & they came in separate packaging?? one in a brown box and the other in one of those typical chinese takeout boxes which is fine but like why were they in different packaging?also they charged me for mushrooms that I added & FORGOT to add the mushrooms. they had it on the receipt and the container itself.got the store fry with rice noodles and the rice noodles were all stuck together
