Burnt pad Thai chicken taste was burnt , chicken was chewy and dry. Flavourful was off guess wont go back used be a Great place. Noodles over cooked. Had wait for service guess shld kept walking.

I normally grab pad thai once in awhile here through the years because I prefer the taste of these guys. They were good before. The last 2 visits kinda sucked. 8 bucks for a thai pandan milk tea, cup was full of ice (Some ice melted already). How you gonna charge me $8 for half a cup of milk tea? I remember the pad thai boxes were always filled to the top where it was even a bit messy to open. I'll gladly take my full messy box over the portion you just gave me today.

This was my first time having Thia express.... I ordered the pad thai with chicken. The chicken was disgusting, I dont even know if it was chicken. It was rubber and had a very odd texture, i strongly do not recommend the chicken. The pad thai was very mediocre, would i go here again... no there are better choices in the food court. Thai is one of my favorite foods too so this was very disappointing.

I ordered Thai chicken curry. It was tasteless. Hardly 1 or 2 pieces of chicken rest all rice. I am not happy with the food taste and quality.

We visited Guildford Mall yesterday around 7:30 PM and decided to eat at your Thai food location.
We ordered one bowl with chicken, Pad Thai with chicken, mango salad, and coconut water. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.
The mango salad consisted only of green lettuce and two small pieces of mango—it was not a Thai salad at all. Additionally, both meals had very little meat. The Pad Thai also tasted off, so I approached a staff member to let her know. Instead of addressing the issue politely, she began yelling at me in front of other customers, which was extremely embarrassing. She was an older lady and displayed no customer service skills. I told off and went back and never ate.
We spent over $40 and left feeling upset and humiliated. I am requesting a full refund for this unpleasant experience and this lady should be taught customer service skills.

Not a bad lunch for under $20 including a drink. I had the Pad Thai and it was very basic but a full plate of it. I'd suggest maybe adding peanuts maybe ? Also it said there was tofu in it.... 1 piece that I noticed. Lady at the till seemed grouchy and annoyed. No smile and snappy questions even tho I was the only customer with no line.
Cheer up, add a little care and pizzazz to your food and watch your ratings go up.

Miserable old lady working here ruined my experience. I usually love Thai express - never going back to this location though. I’ll come back to Thai express in Langley - willowbrook. Much friendlier people. Food was good as always.

First time I ordered from them and it will be the last time. I ordered Tom Yum soup with shrimp. It tastes like the on shelve noodles cup. It is very light and doesn’t have Tom Yum traditional flavour. They may good in different dishes but I for sure will try them again.
