Visited this places for anniversary, the food was not very tasty all the dishes had same gravy base and also the quantity according to price was way less, never coming back and not going to recommend to anyone

Heard good reviews about The Backroom. So, we went with family on my wife’s birthday, we were disappointed. No doubt, the food tastes good. But, that was the only good thing there.
We went on a weekday (Wednesday), only 3 tables were occupied including ours. The service was super slow. We ordered whiskey and white Sangria. It took 20 minutes to get the Sangria. And this is the first time we have seen a Sangria with just slice of apple. Also, drinks for ladies were supposed to be 50% off. We were charged full for that, we checked it after reaching home. We called them twice to get it fixed, they promised to call back but no one called back and nothing was done.
The ambience was ok, not great. It was very open kind and the seating was very close to other tables. It looked like a good Ahaata from Chandigarh ?

Terrible experience not coming again. Ordered few appetizers the mushrooms one was worst took a bite and asked the server that the taste is not good yet still charged for that food and waited for more than 20 min for a glass of diet coke and she replied the bartender is new i mean there were 4 people there standing at the bar and no one could find where the can in. You guys should not give so much advertisement on radio and tik tok when u cannot meet the standards. Not worth the hype for sure
