The Bean Factory Roasting Coffee Shop

Was hungry and stopped by this place. I didn't get to try the coffee but I got this breakfast wrap. I don't know if it's pre-made or what but I got bad stomach flu that evening like 7 hours later. This was the only thing I had ate that day. The meat in the wrap did taste a bit not nice and the potatoes in the wrap tasted like they were frozen. The ambiance and decor inside is nice but too bad about this situation

One of the few places near Surrey that has pour over coffee. Went for the first time and the pour over is really good. I should have asked the owner for the name again but it was some sort of light roast. Hoping they will respond to this for the coffee bean name.

Also, I ordered the beef teriyaki wrap for a snack. Not very traditional teriyaki but the wrap was flavorful and had that asian-bbq charred taste.

On the evening of December 3rd, after the King's Army dispatch ceremony, I unexpectedly purchased fresh, top-quality Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffee beans at the fundraising corner.
It was luck~♥️
I live near English Bay in downtown Vancouver.
Although it is far from Surrey Zone 3, I look forward to visiting The Bean Factory Cafe in person soon.

The absolute best of the best ?

I’ve been coming here for a few years now, and honestly, it’s one of my favorite spots. Their signature blend is incredible—easily one of the best I’ve ever had. The staff is always friendly, and the quality never disappoints. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

Parking: Lots of space! It's located in an industrial area.

Kid-friendliness: Great food options for kids! And they're hot chocolate is so good.

Wheelchair accessibility: Parking on the same level as the storeroom floor. No stairs or ramps - straight in nice and easy.

I spent a couple hours at the Bean Factory last week while getting some work done on my truck. The staff are nice enough, and the Turkey sandwich was good. The coffee was decent, but sounds like some of their sweeter lattes are a specialty. I just tried the Americano. They don’t have the comfiest seating and their AC wasn’t great on this warm morning.

For context, if this place was located in a dense neighbourhood with many options I would rate it 3.5/5. However, this is a small coffee shop in a warehouse district. There isn’t much else around, so with that in mind it is a 5 start spot. Better than Tim Hortons anyway.
