The Bennett has always been a favorite. I spend a lot of time there during the summers. They used to be known for putting out a great homemade burger but unfortunately those days are gone. Now it’s a premade (maybe Costco) patty for $23 that doesn’t even come close. I just hope management haven’t gotten lazy and cut corners with everything else on the menu. I’ll give them another chance but for now, stay away from any burger on the menu.

I was genuinely impressed by the tacos I had—they were hearty, flavorful, and reasonably priced. Perfect for a quick and satisfying bite at Bennett Staff Kitchen. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the place has a cool, eclectic pub vibe as soon as you walk in.

The waitress was very rude. She forgot my food. Took 20 minutes just to bring the bill. Didn’t even come to take the money. I had to go and give. Even had the audacity to ask if I wanted all my change. After she threw the change on the table.

First time visiting. Friendly staff, descent selection of craft beer on tap. Server knew her products and was able to assist guests make informed decisions based on the style they prefer. Food was good and served hot.

We have been coming to the Bennett for years and during the warm weather we enjoyed the patio. We were quite shocked at how it’s changed and in the worst way. There are weeds growing through the cracked dirty cement decking, fewer tables, one section no longer had tables but kids were noisily playing a game of corn hole! Looking around we noticed the windows were also dirty. It needs a good cleaning and overhaul. It was frankly off putting and we won’t go back until it’s cleaned up. It’s a shame because the food is pretty good.
